  2. I put a lot of time into my business, even when just subbie climbing to sort the week/days out, when doing my own jobs sorting everything out, staff, prepping equiptment and checks... Then there's service's, repairs, invoicing and quoting, time spent on phone, time spent on here, time spent processing logs! I'm a believer in what you put in you get out! and feel i could do more, sometimes i do admit to myself i need a day off, like today i had the day off, but was still doing repairs! My girlfriends not happy with me though.....
  3. More pics and the video!! Well done james for doing it! Bray on lad!

  8. Hi there everyone, please can you id me this stump grinder? Struggling with this! Its got a 20hp kohler engine, been told its a laski? f450? Its just i ordered a multi tip wheel up and it doesn't fit my shaft size is 40mm, the size on the new wheel is 60mm and that was ordered up as a laski f450 which i was told it was. This machine does not drive, its a push about one!

  16. you cannot account for something like that, esp if you've used the climber before and they seem ok...... And why should the person do it thereselves if they can get someone in, do less work and still earn a good wage? MAN POWER would be good to know the reasons why the climber didn't do it though.....

  24. Just wondering what the best thing to do with a laski stump grinder, pedestrian one. The cutter head has 3 of the holders missing, the other 3 are there and the teeth are in these holders. (i knew this) I've been told they are expensive to get. Do i get some rayco holders and finger teeth and get the cutter wheel re drilled to accept these? Or do i change the cutter wheel? Wondering what is the best way forwards cost and viability wise... Can anyone help? All greatly apprecaited, Cheers Chris
  25. Gutted for you pal! Just made me think about my dog who's lying on the floor at the side of me in his bed sleeping... Awful when things like this happen
