  1. you do not prune plum trees in winter its a summer job

I have just looked into your persona ! maybe they do not like driving a landy. as Marula says its difficult getting the right staff the young lads just want to play on there x box or I phones now and again you come across one that has work ethics in them but need a fair bit of training even to do the basics but if they are willing and reliable you are half way there
  3. 8ft off the top 4-6 inches off the sides and try and shape it in at the top. but it looks like it has a problem already with dead bits on the side
  4. all fruit trees need pruning every year to keep them in good shape and keep them productive

    the other Saturday the private road was shut down to allow several trees to be pruned , by Monday morning this had happened to one of them
  19. the exhaust might be full of carbon not letting the gases escape quickly enough
  20. 1m3 of dry soil weighs 1.2 tons and if you get a ton of hardcore in builders bag it is only about 3/4 m3
  21. a alloy tower or a 1 mt shaft extension with something like a set of henchman steps
  22. I have seen that and thought we have been pronouncing stihl differently for years , a bit like the Dacia adds
