  7. no wonder there were traffic tailing back on the 64 no ware for them to park
  8. try putting some light oil into the cable housing and work it in do not use wd40 as this will degrade the sheathing on the cable sorry for the underlining I cannot get rid of it

    Handsaw

a proper cross cut saw not the 5 for a tenner, they have a larger set on the teeth maybe a straight pruning saw will do or get a saw set and use it on the saws you already have and a file to sharpen them
  10. do not forget the data security that you have to do with the finger print if the blokes resent it I can see it will not work like it should plasters on the fingers mud on there hands etc even the wire getting damaged the list goes on how many blokes do you have
  11. I used to suck leaves up with the hand held stop to empty the bag about every 60 seconds if there was a lot of leaves and if you was doing borders it sucked the soil up and sanded the impeller ends down now I just blow them into a heap and use helping hands and a plastic leaf rake to pick them up its much quicker
  12. I used to do about 200 for a bloke that sold them at road side you will need a strong back knee pads and plenty of gloves waterproofs and thermals they might net them in the fields then stack them on to the trailers the work goes on no matter what the weather as to supply the contracts, quite a lot of growers use tree sheers instead of saws now
  13. that's why you wanted to sell off bulk loads from your yard still 12"seems a waste
  14. stiff mix and do it in bays
  15. to run it as a green waste site you will need a license from the EV Agency and be limited to how much you can store and remove (sell) the one I use sometimes has to stockpile unchipped waste till his compost heap is ready and then he spreads it on his own fields I cannot remember how much he is allowed to move off site but it was not a lot
  16. I would go with concreate try to make the tamp marks so it runs the water off to the side and not hold it there behind the marks. Its going to be a bugger in the winter with snow and ice
  17. I think a lot of employees do not have the slightest inkling as to how much it costs there employer to work for them all they look at is you charge me out at 30 pounds and I only get 10 pounds
  18. going round a roundabout witch has a ministry weigh bridge on it came face to face with a car coming the wrong way I slammed all on and managed to stop without hitting him a copper came out and pulled him onto the weigh bridge
  19. have you checked in the loft to see if its coming out of the stack there or back through the roof ?
  20. roundup/glycol will not have any affect on the cut stems as it needs to be taken in by the leaves , glycol plugs would work but would be expensive and time consuming for that area if you could use the tube guards then spray say in 2 years time that might work
  21. it looks quite useful for small operators but needs something like a free running guide wheel for the rope onto the capstan to stop wear of the rope
  22. the problem with Drax if it was shut down today there would be a lot of power cuts as it supply's a lot of electric into the national grid for all the country also there is a lot of chip produced by the small tree surgeons that cannot get it into the supply chain because of the paperwork and it is dumped there was one day I think last year that the government boasted about it only used renewable power to supply the country
  23. if its lead it want replacing asp for your own health
  24. I think you will have to cut some of the neglected foliage back away from the outside then dig the brambles out from the inside replace the missing glass ( you will not get a fork lift through the door) stack it in crates so it will not fall over and bust the glass maybe a auto roof vent will help and it will dry them
