I had cause to use the Rac last year you had to do it online you could not talk to anyone on the phone I had no idea how long they were going to be. no contact for 3 hours till the mechanic rang me to say he would be with me in about 20 miniutes

the other week i was wating for a delivery from royal mail when i checked on their tracker it stated it had been delivered on Saturday; it did not get delivered till Monday. I think royal mail are fiddling the figures.
