  1. Nice work. Very smooth.
  2. Sorry to hear about this Stubby. Been through a similar thing. Not nice. Hope you all heal quick.
  3. A thing of beauty. DMM stuff is my preference.
  4. Have to confess to driving to the yard in the morning and realising that the chipper keys are back in the house 30 miles away (more than once 😫)
  5. Agreed, if you told him that you'd mis-placed 2 weeks of his wages how would he feel??
  6. Many happy returns Jon. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😎

    Desk magnifier

Wouldn't be without mine. I think it is a jewellers lamp. Stays by my bedside but I use it in the shed for doing Loler stuff.

    Desk magnifier

I've got something similar. An angle poise lamp with magnifier. It's very useful for lots of stuff. Not sure what wattage though.
  9. My Mrs is gluten free and dairy free. She does a lot of baking and her stuff sells really well in a cafe she bakes for. Imo her cakes are better than ones with gluten and egg in.(I can't stand most free from products) She says that this country is decades behind the US (she's American) in catering for people with food allergies. A lot of food tech people recon that GM crops in the US are linked to the rise in numbers of people in the US with food allergies. Something to watch out for over here I guess.
  10. Just wondered how you went about it? Base tie or top anchor? Etc.. How come it finally "clicked" ?
  11. Tell us more!!!

    2k Paint

Nice job Bob. Did you catch a whiff of pear drops?
  13. Braver?? Or stupid more like. She paid a percentage for the inconvenience in the end, and we picked a job up next door. 🙂
  14. Have to admit I wasn't thinking very positive thoughts towards a customer when we rolled up to today's job, and they cancelled. Apparently they left a message on the office answerphone last night. Times like this when you need a lot of grace.
  15. Have you tried the 576 on a 28"? Surprisingly capable.
  16. We replaced ours with a 576.. It's great.

    Whoops

    C'mon City. Perhaps?
  18. Doesn't this belong on the overloaded thread?? Not much in the way of clearance on those back wheels.
  19. Don't worry Joe, Jesus still loves you mate.
  20. Sounds like a plan. Thanks
  21. I'm going to give this a try Steve. Sounds like a good recommendation. I already wear wax ear plugs to bed as I'm a light sleeper. Don't know if they would be any good for working. Just out of interest which plugs do you use?
  22. The never ending quest for the perfect helmet.. I've tried the Kask ones but the ear defender assembly breaks too often. Vertex vent, very good hat.. And recently bought the new CT climbing helmet. Nice comfy hat.
  23. Nice set up.
  24. I have both. Mainly use the zigzag as its so convenient. Make sure you get the mk3 as the mk2 is prone to cracking around the linkages. I haven't heard of any cracks appearing on the mk3 so far. The hitch climber is also a great system and as previously mentioned the hitch can be tuned to suit your climbing style.

    Jokes???

A photon walks into a hotel lobby and the concierge asks him "can I help you with your bags sir?" "No thanks" replies the photon, "I'm just travelling light"
