  1. Hmm nice.., front wheel drive as well. Skinny single rear wheels and a sub-100ps engine. What more do you want in an Arb truck. 🙄
  2. I always know if someone else has been using my 560. 3 pushes to the primer. 2 full pulls with the choke on. 1 pull to start. Every time. It's surprising how sensitive the autotune is. If one of the lads uses it, it doesn't start the same.
  3. I was hoping for a free saw!! 😇
  4. Actually I better give credit where it's due. We have many strimmers, hedge cutters. Stihl saws. Blowers and chainsaws , except for a few chainsaws, we always buy Stihl for our teams because having tried other brands we find Stihl stuff to be the best. Stihl have also been top notch in providing training for our guys in maintaining the machines we use. Horses for courses
  5. No need to. It has a self destruct function fitted as standard.
  6. If lay all the separate pieces of it out in a line it's actually a foot longer.
  7. I might stick it on arbtrader...... Award winning saw for sale.. Best in 50cc class... Lots of power at low revs.... Doesn't bog down in the cut (really?) Erm......Slight crank issues.... Free cardboard box when you purchase this highly rated saw....
  8. Ha ha! Me too. One of our 261's just came back from the dealers with the crank gone. Not worth repairing. £190 + labour +vat. Bit gutted as it hadn't been used that much.
  9. Nice work. Very smooth.
  10. Sorry to hear about this Stubby. Been through a similar thing. Not nice. Hope you all heal quick.
  11. A thing of beauty. DMM stuff is my preference.
  12. Have to confess to driving to the yard in the morning and realising that the chipper keys are back in the house 30 miles away (more than once 😫)
  13. Agreed, if you told him that you'd mis-placed 2 weeks of his wages how would he feel??
  14. Many happy returns Jon. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😎

    Desk magnifier

Wouldn't be without mine. I think it is a jewellers lamp. Stays by my bedside but I use it in the shed for doing Loler stuff.

    Desk magnifier

I've got something similar. An angle poise lamp with magnifier. It's very useful for lots of stuff. Not sure what wattage though.
  17. My Mrs is gluten free and dairy free. She does a lot of baking and her stuff sells really well in a cafe she bakes for. Imo her cakes are better than ones with gluten and egg in.(I can't stand most free from products) She says that this country is decades behind the US (she's American) in catering for people with food allergies. A lot of food tech people recon that GM crops in the US are linked to the rise in numbers of people in the US with food allergies. Something to watch out for over here I guess.
  18. Just wondered how you went about it? Base tie or top anchor? Etc.. How come it finally "clicked" ?
  19. Tell us more!!!

    2k Paint

Nice job Bob. Did you catch a whiff of pear drops?
  21. Braver?? Or stupid more like. She paid a percentage for the inconvenience in the end, and we picked a job up next door. 🙂
  22. Have to admit I wasn't thinking very positive thoughts towards a customer when we rolled up to today's job, and they cancelled. Apparently they left a message on the office answerphone last night. Times like this when you need a lot of grace.
  23. Have you tried the 576 on a 28"? Surprisingly capable.
  24. We replaced ours with a 576.. It's great.

    Whoops

    C'mon City. Perhaps?
