  1. So this combi - PAS-2620ES with 2 extensions & attachment? Why not suggest the owner that you reduce hedge height as its always going to be a hassle cutting a hedge that size & it must be shading his polytunnels? Aleast at 20m it isn't that very long but how wide is hedge top? Had a similar job behind some sheds so couldn't foot ladder hedge was over 4 metres wide at top ?. Climbed up inside hedge with silky and used a wolf garten pole with lopper attachment to reach top of sides that couldn't reach from bottom didn't leave a tidy finish.. & got impaled & scratched on dead leylandi inside hedge.
  2. How about 4 stroke alot more healthy than 2 stroke? From the blurb: Hows does that compare to reduced aspen 2 stroke emissions? Downside in performance & weight though with 4 stroke....

  17. Elder has a very distinct smell some reckon bit like cats piss also wood is hollow with pith inside. Anyway look like it needs lopping but your suppose to ask the Elder Mother first: ?   25. Why planting alot of trees large enough to need stakes? I reckon smaller trees establish better and after a few yrs will catch up you could you then use bamboo... Durablity depends on if stakes are hardwood or softwood I suppose, some are robina that is suppose to last well...
