  1. In soviet russia chainsaw scratches u!
  2. A 3/8 lp 0.50 with 52 links chain is needed for that carlton bar Says that here: https://documents.kramp.com/Carlton_Catalogue_UK_.re.pdf & that sprocket I linked before.
  3. Some FC booklet used to do guidance as to the going rates but it was a few yrs back?
  4. The USA link gives the sprocket dimensions they seem to be all different. Its the 6 tooth spur 3/8 is what you want I think?.(more torque less speed but with narrower kerf helping speed?) The 7t spur .325 (with .058) is for the 420es in that manual I dont think if you need a new sprocket for a new bar/chain .050 .325 as are you saying you have .058 , & .325 atm? (just the correct bar mount pattern) This stuff confuses me so correct me if wrong....
  5. Seem odd for a small saw to have 0.58, I thought it would already be 0.50 from new as standard See in the manual it is listed as a 0.50 https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.worldofmowers.co.uk/UploadedWorkshopFiles/c04db574-4bb1-43ed-a1f6-b6a5a36ceec0.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjp3bWi3fyLAxVXTUEAHUsGG9AQFnoECBMQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2ssDymAKebKwZ8p5Pxfkp- Alot of different bar options here: Chainsawbars - Selectors for guide bars, chains and sprockets WWW.CHAINSAWBARS.CO.UK Chainsawbars - Largest selection of chainsaw guide bars and chainsaw chain for Stihl, Husqvarna, Echo and Dolmar... The 6 tooth 3/8 sprocket here; Amazon.co.uk WWW.AMAZON.CO.UK Echo Repair Part A556000400 - Clutch Drum | PartsTree WWW.PARTSTREE.COM Parts lookup and repair parts diagrams for outdoor equipment like Toro mowers, Cub Cadet tractors, Husqvarna chainsaws... Seems a rare-ish part no. to find^ & abit expensive?
  6. Exhaut heat causing some damage im guessing but i have no idea really?
  7. Radio 4 or CD albums only no other music stations.
  8. How did it happen? Might be some issue with the saw to do that 4 times?
  9. I always found the the blades liable to twist then jam but never really used them much or tinkered with then personally it...was mostly on borrowed tools as a volunteer I like it that new blades are cheap. Since a bought a small battery saw I hardly use silky saws much. How efficient a pair of good loppers is imo much under apreciated as most loppers are so poor. A curved anvil design is very good but this type arent used or sold much in the UK. Loewe Loppers 22 100 cm with Curved Blade PGHORTICULTURE.CO.UK Loppers with anvil counter blade, that combine advantages of both ordinary bypass and anvil loppers. Very robust, but yet...
  10. The name zero height safety doesn't inspire confidence 🙂
  11. Not tried the echo but have used a ms181 and other smililar budget saws etc I didin't like any much as they are alot weaker and not much lighter than the 4301 so were a big step down in cutting performance for a very little advantage in weight... The 2511 does apeal as it has a very good power to weight ratio( its alot lighter) and the top handle version is well regarded. Id want to try it for it coppicing hazel etc I like the 15 bar on the 4301 tried a 13" one and found it less useful. Other "pro" small options are the 201 and 540XPMK3 rear saws but they are more than the echo. Both have very good power to weight..
  12. Kombis do not have bike handles, the loop handles are just not as good ergonomically Thats why they sell theese: Darwin's Grip PRO| Official Site | NEXT DAY SHIPPING | www.darwinsgrip.com Darwin's Grip Review WWW.DARWINSGRIP.COM Darwin's Grip Pro Trimmer Handle. | IN-STOCK | Extension handles for your stick equipment. | NEXT DAY SHIPPING |...
  13. Yeap multitools are shit esp for that amount of usage. U need a heavy duty brushcutter than can take a metal mulch blade without knackering the machine. Id your strimming that many hrs per week sounds like ideally you want a ride on or pedestrian flail mower etc
  14. 4301 is a good small saw the ones listed are not in the same ballpark so id say none of the above Get a battery saw maybe but the decent ones are expensive,,,,,
  15. I think so Any bigger then manual loading would be hard with massive branches?
  16. It is a very odd juxtaposition with Trump of being both very skilled at rallying /conning MAGA types but also at the same time being extremely stupid & ignorant. Like how he was repeating Putins views as facts....so he seems very easily manipulated, but at the same time hes manipulated half a country in almost a cult like way. Robert Reich (Seriously, How Dumb is Trump?) ROBERTREICH.ORG For more than a year now, I’ve been hearing from people in the inner circles of official Washington – GOP lobbyists... He reminds me of the thoose rogue traders who con OAP's. I don't buy the hes a russian asset conspiracy.
  17. Suppose ideally you want stuff like this to chop with most leaves removed so doesn't get to mouldy. Hazel would be a goood material as, esp if from a dense coppice stand tops are a minimal % to begin with... Id think dry wood is bad/harder on blades V green. Stuff in video looks like it might be coppiced hornbeam?
  18. So atm you are renting and prices are its going up locally to high so can't buy? Buth were the houses are cheaper there is no good paying work?
