Anyone bother to use a insulated bag to store carry their batteries to protect them form cold/warm as supposedly effects performance? Seeing that that husky make a special one for there battery made me think one might be worth it.

Suppose more would have to go vegan to free up some agri land for trees as atm alot trees still being felled for agri grazing globally Locally I'd happy be to see all upland UK re forested I don't think the farmers would be too plz'd though but there only in buisness atm due to subsidies. -

I think people need to alter the whole outlook on weeds and accept there existence in some areas as they are good for wildlife (obviously they need to be controled on farm land for crops etc I mean more public LA spaces) Often see verges sprayed along public footpaths when strimming would be ok and for the 1000's of miles along motorway edges central reservations isn't there another method? Also repeated spraying seems to make the weeds worse after several yrs as stuff like docks & perennial weeds grow on the bare ground created

When I chat to landowners & homeowner still most seem ignorant of ash die back even though often many of the trees on there property are dying or dead. Ash is the dominant tree here as a %. Find mentioning dutch elm helps them to get an idea of the impact as some remember that. Maybe there should be adverts on TV pulbic information broadcasts like there used to be?

I wouldn't bother with ironman expensive franchise an events for posers with its £250 plus entry fee. For cycling audax charity rides oir sportives, for running: parkruns, fell running races are under £10 entry money raised goes to local charities, or lots of running ultras events about now, & marathons. & indepedent trialthalons e.g

Forums are in decline generally as young people don't use them there on snapchat or taking selfies on insta whatever? Same for all internet forums I think. Google trends shows a decline in search term forum. Has halved since around 2013. Google Trends TRENDS.GOOGLE.COM

Depends on the tread pattern & weight I suppose I used to race an unofficial cyclocross league and had different tyres for different course conditions. Narrow tyres with wide spaced knobbles & deep tread were better in mud for traction than wider mtb tyres that got clogged up with mud and spread weight to much to dig in to the harder mud under the sloppy surface mud
