  1. My demount hasn't even moved from the drive this year, appears the older I get the less free time I get.
  2. The wheel on that looks tiny, Phone them and speak to Les (top bloke) they may have a demo model to try out. Blec stuff is generally pretty well built (have owned one of thier burriers and seeders) but just be carefull that it has been thoroughly tested.
  3. I'll be glad when it's all over. Complete waste of money imo. With various groups wanting to strike during it and other issues I can't help feeling we will become even more of a laughing stock to the rest of the world sadly
  4. Just looked "50 shades of grey" up on google and can't see what all the fuss is about
  5. yep steering stoppers, common fault, just smear a bit of grease on the mating faces
  6. I rebuilt my 300tdi lump (due to shagged cam bearings) and at 164k miles it still had the original honing marks down the bores and very little wear on the other components aswell.

Hopefully he will understand, these things sadly happen. Someone smashed a rear light on my girlfriends car outside the house one night and managed to sever a main artery spurting blood all over my truck and a nice trail up the road for about 80yds, unfortunately the police lost the blood trail at the main road, but it was worth the £5 for a s/h light.
  8. iirc if it's the 4 cylinder engine it's not as desirable as they were an arse to start, the 3 cylinder engine was more sought after, not sure if thats still the case though
  9. Or a one legged man in an arse kicking competition I do have some uses C8 Blades
  10. Don't know if they are still on there but there were some cheap new blades on ebay
  11. Tight wad
  12. was using some last week that had been mixed over a year ago, appears to be a bit slower to act but is doing the job.
  13. I bought a Bosch 700mm blade online last year then had it bored out to suit and it cost £125 in total, You could try Haydens saw services who bored it for me and they said they would have supplied one for around that price
  14. I have used ifors virtually everyday since 1988, They are pretty much bullet proof imo, at first I ran flatbeds but when I bought my first TT85 the local indespension dealer give me an Indespension to try for a week with a view to buy, I took it back after 3 days, I much prefer springs to indespension units as my turf arrive pretty much where I put them when I left, the turf were all over the place with the indespension trailer. I would rather pay a bit more for a trailer that I know does the job right and has a very good resale value, I consider the extra I pay is probably less than I would loose when I sold a different make, and Ifor's customer service on a little problem I had was sorted instantly with no questions asked. I have seriously considered Atlas but decided to stick with Ifor.
  15. Try Haydens Saws they are a pretty decent bunch and the prices are good.
  16. Half an acre around this way with good road frontage would be around the £10k mark. It really depends on what the owner thinks it's worth, how many people are interested in it and how badly they want it.
  17. I welded the bolts on mine when one got stolen just around the corner, only to find out that they used some heavy duty pipe cutters and never touched the bolts to steal the cat. So I don't really know what the answer is.
  18. Still time for a cold snap as yet
  19. Just checked google cached for greenmech and it was cached on 16th jan and then again on 19th feb so not a lot of help i'm afraid. Hope ebay can help out.
  20. Any ideas what the title of the auction was ?
  21. Nope it's this place There is a whole load of RB44's in there, I still fancy getting one of them.
  22. I'm interested in this, have you had to have the truck emmisions checked paperwork changed regarding emmisions ? as surely the LEZ works by the emissions for your trucks year and not the engine year.
  23. Sorry to de-rail the thread but on a WM if the top guide rail is worn is it easy to adjust ?. I had a look at one the other day and there was 2 flats worn into the top round guide rail.
  24. Not strictly true anymore Macs seen as a soft target And as it says the more popular they become the more it's going to happen I considered trying a mac last year but decided against it because of the hastle of getting some of my windows only software running on it.
