  1. what about looking for a sportrak. Roughly same size as a jimny. Although as someone else has said, a forester might be worth looking at.
  2. That floor looks bloody brilliant.
  3. Nice tidy set up. Beats my garage anyday.
  4. Any single malt for me, but i do like a bourbon as well, And it has to be neat.
  5. Does Lone Wolf Mcquade starring chuck norris count.
  6. Thanks for that chris. I just want to start off with the basics first, just untill i get a grip of things.
  7. Thanks for all the info guys. You have given me plenty to think about.
  8. Chris, those coloured ones in your last picture are the type of ones i am thinking about to start off with. Should i get in touch with the bsja to get detailed plans from them. What did you use for the poles.
  9. Hi, has anyone got any experience of making horse jumps. I would like to know what timbers to use, construction methods, paint etc and also is there any money in making them. I looking for ideas for things to make alongside my gates. Thanks.
  10. What is the battery life expected to be ? IE how many charges will it take before it needs changing. Is the battery lith ion, ni cad or ni h.
  11. I've just joined the BFF, and i think i'm on a haulage one.
  12. After sept 2014 you have got have completed 35 hrs of training. The training is done in 7 hr classes, there are 5 catagories within the driver cpc training ( 5x7 = 35 ) although you can do 5 lots of the same catagory. This training is for any driver that drives commercially ( there are exemptions). This is for 7.5t upwards. The cost of the training is approx £80 per session. The cpc then lasts for 5 years.
  13. For some reason, i think this thread is here just for someone to slate Nick. Dont know why but if you have any ill feeling towards someone then please keep it private and not on a public forum.
  14. Another vote here for the berlingo. I drive a c15, and its been totally reliable, no matter how much abuse i give it. If you have the license, then get a small trailer to go with it. I've operated with this set up for years with my joinery work.
  15. I bought my daughters (7 yr old ) bike from there a few years ago. Once i got it home, i then had to procede to blow the tyres up, alter the brakes and then sort out the gears. All this after they assured me it had all been checked and pdi'd. To say i was not happy is an understatement.
  16. You could also take a look at the makita range. These are often overlooked, but they are decent saws. But i do understand about being near a husky / stihl dealer. If i was to get a husky i'd look at getting the 455 rancher.
  17. Nice work, how do you find the mazda.
  18. Depends, a few of us on here bought the 12,16,20kg sets. If your used to excersice and weights you may find the 8kg become too light after a short while. But then again i found the 8kg weight an ideal starter weight when i started attending a kettlebell class, just to get me used to the excersices, but again after a few months i was using a 12kg in class and a 16 or 20 at home. Good luck, i love using mine.
  19. Hopefully pass my cs30/31, get settled with my day job ( will be finding out in jan if i'm to be finished or kept on ), but either way get my gate making business up and running, ( been wanting to do it for nearly 2 years, but only just got all the machinary) and also have a go at milling. ( having already bought a small mill ). Earn more money and have more holidays.
