  1. Machinemart have a good range, I've got a 2.5 14.5CFM with 50L tank, will fill a dumper tyre off a charge and is fine for running impact guns, spraying etc. I find being able to spray a real benefit as 2pack is cheap compared to rattle cans.
  2. My terrier comes out with us everyday stays in the truck or runs about depending on the customer/ type of property.
  3. Haynes do a Diesel engine book. Which will teach you the basic principles then it's just a case of if you 'get it' and building experience.
  4. Disc doesn't even have a lip on it, loads of life left in it and the pads don't look far off new

  9. Ground this today a bit of prep cutting it down and removing the top of stump (the pieces filled the pickup) and exactly 1 hour of grinding with the 25Sp biggest stump I've done at 6' was surprised by how quickly we ground it. Had change from a tank of fuel and all on one set of teeth.
  10. Looks in better condition than my 4 month old one, must be legit
  11. Sharpen them when they're blunt, only really happens if you walk about with them on. Easy enough to touch up with a grinder or file.
  12. Both TIP and rigging pulley on top of a good 5M of regrowth, rigged most of the tree as dropzone was only on 1 side, including some fair lumps of timber from beneath the first cuts, no problem.
  13. What do they say the difference to eu Ning s row behind whilst hitched up?
  14. Ace is best on clean straight stuff the rock machinery 22t machine will split anything you care to put under it, I used it a few weeks back and was very impressed made all those horrible knotty bits and unions viable firewood.
  15. I've been told no permission is required when I've in quotes about it.
  16. Surely this is when you start regularly taking on your own work as it's very difficult to work effectively without one. Helps if you can use a spanner and get one for 2-5k though.
  17. Oil won't be cheap for long it'll soon start to climb again.
  18. They will all do it just depends how quick and easy you want to make it. A 1.5 with a ripper tooth would get the job done
  19. Payload is typically more as there's no tipping head and heavy tipper body.
  20. They're good providing you keep your eye on the price I have 2 when one starts taking the P stop using it completely then they phone and ask why, explain that the situation then the price goes back to a cheap one for a few months...the. Shortly after the other company will ask why you aren't using theirs and the cycle continues...
