  3. There is so many forms of mental health like depression there is bipolar / emotionally unstable personality disorder / schizophrenia / anxiety / post traumatic stress disorder / anorexia for a few examples there are so many examples and I do agree with the celebrities and there mental health as I think that most of their drug abuse / bad habits are excused with mental health and use it as a get out of jail free card
  4. Appreciate your reply to my stupid mistake I'm just trying to stress that mental health is taking more and more lives and if there was more resources put into helping with the cause and cure that would be a lot of lives saved and they say a lot of suicides are with the pressures of social media and what I meant about the migrants is if they have ran from their own problems and came here and laugh at our mental health crisis then their opinion is irrelevant that's what I was supposed to say don't know if I've contradicted myself again or not but that's just how it's comes across to me as I come to say (type) it
  5. Just read my post 3 times and can't see where I've contradicted me self? Might be me being numb but can't see it anywhere
  6. I dont understand how people who have never suffered with mental health can comment saying "your just wallowing in self putty" or go for a walk and clear your head I agree with eggs mental health is a horrible horrible thing and it affects a lot of people and even leads to suicide in the worst of circumstances! Do people self harm just for fun then? I've lost a few friends to mental health and even cought family members trying to commit suicide! the looks on there faces doesn't look to say this is fun! it's normally a cry for help imagine being in a battle with your own mind trying to convince yourself that you do deserve to be on this planet and alive and breathing and that the world wouldn't be a better place without them! As for migrants finding our mental health situation hilarious maybe they should stop running away from there problems and stay and fight for their coutry Can people with mental health just run away from their mind??? Jack
