Holzforma made by Farmertec who are definitely Chinese. I've had some bits for saws from them and they are good at copying original pattern parts but the plastic is not original quality and the copies are good but not perfect with some of the materials used just not as strong as OEM but they do the job but probably not for as long as original.

I had a stone in a trunk which somehow got under the chain and stopped it dead. I had to straighten the link in the vice before it would go back in the bar slot. If it hadn't been a nearly new 20" chain I might have scrapped it but it works perfectly again so worth doing.

I think it started with blowing the bar sprocket then a reference to Swiss Tony (who is not gay) who likes beautiful women. I can't see how running a chain tight makes it blunt or has an effect on climbers sexual orientation,

I think Spud had the pleasure ? of working on one a few years ago. I've never seen one but from working on disc cutters I think they sound like a recipe for hearbreak and with a decent chain at over £150 I would look long and hard at any alternatives.

I've been using my Chinese top handle on Aspen2 for a couple of years now. It doesn't get used a lot but it doesn't have any problems when it is used

My old Dynamac DY41 was 25:1 but it has run happily on Aspen2 with no additional oil and the added benefit of less smoke.

And an aerosol or sprayer with brake cleaner, wear some glasses or a full face mask as well.

What's the point of the skeleton chain brake lever ? I have never found myself in a position where the lever has caused me any problem with visibility ? In a commercial set up they would be frowned upon but whatever floats your boat. I suppose they will still function till they break. -
Get a few 6mm holes drilled in the baffle before you put it back together.

I always fancied an 038, there are 3 different versions apparently, AV, Super and Magnum in 3 different capacities. I ended uop with an 036 which is very similar and has been a good saw.

Is the engine dying or is it still revving when the chain stops cutting ? Could be fuel, compression or if it's still revving the clutch would be suspect. Get a phone video of what's happening might give more ideas and your location in your profile would help if anyone local would know.

You don't have a location in your profile, where on earth are you ? I can't help you with the saw as it seems you will have the only one left in the country if you are in UK so probably that is an omen.

There's a Portek on Amazon for about the same price as the Machine mart version .

TDC is where the piston is at the top of it's throw and is neither going up nor coming down, it doesn't matter where the spark plug is in relation to it.

An extension lead to the generator in the truck would be enough. An electric motor that develops 8.6hp might be a bit heavier than the 10.1kg weight of the MS880 though.

I've said this all along, none of it is for the benefit of anyone further north it's just about extending London. It says in one article I read that there will be capacity for 14 trains per hour in either direction, how many people do they think will be able to afford to use the service unless it is massively subsidised or they are on expenses. It makes me pee ginger thinking about what all that money could be used for to benefit all of society not just the money sector.

Strato is to clear the cylinder before the new fuel charge is drawn in so you get cleaner combustion.
