I had that happen. It wouldn't go until I had stripped the carb and thoroughly cleaned all of it. It was like glue inside the metering diaphragm.

Nobody has the 550xp mk 2 in stock, they are reporting out till 30/11/2020 all the shops I've looked at.

Oh right, anything I've got with a rim sprocket has a cup washer and E clip.

Do you have the E clip and washer that go on the crank to hold the clutch drum ? I don't see it in your picture.
