  1. Does'nt the l200 front diff lock automaticly when you put it in 4wd, similar to a Ranger.
  2. they do tippers aswell Thanks for that I will give them a phone tomorrow, but I have a feeling I will end up building it myself.
  3. £152 a c/mtr WOW glad I don't have to buy mine in especialy at that price, tbh at that price I would rather use my gas boiler. err i'll have your cheap stuff
  4. I phoned them today about getting a body built for my 130 and they didn't even phone back, so they won't be getting the job.
  5. I doubt that has any payload left after those two are fitted. Nice idea though.
  6. All of our turf laying work is based on a price per metre and that price depends on how big/small the job is and how much prep work
  7. Not quite but close, had a merc 1617 that we managed to put 1.4 million miles on before the gearbox and cab fell apart, engine was still sweet though Currently landy one 165000 landy two 122000 ranger 73000
  8. I wouldn't mention to woodmiser that it is going to be brought over here, I doubt they would be interested in supplying you if they found out as it would upset woodmiser uk I would think. But that is a lot of saw for the money.
  9. Hardly going to boost the sale I wouldn't think
  10. One thing to be aware of is that the electrics are lucas but it's lucas india and are or were hard to get and very pricey.
  11. But there is the other side to this and that is that some people treat it like having finance, and have jobs done and buy things that they wouldn't normaly buy without the cash. We have a gsm mobile card machine with cardsave and it's been a very worthwhile expence, wouldn't be without it now. I wouldn't touch the machine in the original post or the paypal effort, they look unprofessional imo, and the charges are extorsionate.
  12. Glad to hear she is ok mate, and the others
  13. I know someone with an l200 iirc it's around the £2.5k mark near colchester, quite a decent straight truck, pm me if you want he's details
  14. If you do a search there is someone making a kit that adds about 6 or 8 inches behind the doors or truck cabs. Afraid I can't remember where I saw it but remember it wasn't stupidly expensive for what was in the kit.
  15. I have been considering this with my 130, the general idea was it would be demountable so I could swap between dropside tipper, camper and chipper, then chip into the 3017 ifor tipper. Finding the ideal chipper at the right price is being a bit of a problem, especially as has already been said without overloading the back axle.
  16. Unless your nearest competitor uses it aswell As great as the internet is I detest the ammount of work I have to do to try stay on top.
  17. one thing I never tell anyone is what I pay per click, think you will probably find a lot of people have the same opinion.
  18. I have had one a couple of years and it's a lovely saw, run an 18" and 25" on it.
  19. oil down bores then a few turns by hand, change sump oil then a few turns on starter injectors back in and away you go.
  20. Not unheard of for petrol stations to get water in thier tanks, has happened to a few people around here then it was realised it was the local station, they then admitted they had a problem with one of the tanks
  21. Doesn't that depend on the price of them ? I go through a fair bit a year of Leylandii on my own fire, always sweep the chimney every year without any problems, I am on stuff that has been seasoned for 2 years and spent the last year in the log store and will continue to use it, throws out decent heat
  22. My now deceased step dad was a motorcycle despatch rider but was captured a few years into the war and became a pow in austria and then put to work on an austrian farm, was only the last few years of he's life that he would discuss it with us.
