Steve Medler at Medler Landscapes Depending where in Norfolk we may cover it. Will PM he's number to you
  2. Not really Britpart have a terrible reputation for supplying crap, anyone with half a brain knows not to touch their rubbish. For very little more you can get decent quality aftermarket parts.
  3. Over 2000 words on a homepage would soon make me leave.
  4. It's a nice looking truck though Steve There is supposed to be a new Hilux coming out that according to the dealer with be rated at 3500kg towing with the truck at it's max. I have even considered an Ibex
  5. Just checked out the specs and it's the same as the Dmax, I believe the Ranger is the same as well. Towing at 3500kg the trucks payload goes down by 510kg I want to replace my landy with something more comfortable, but need the trailer at 3500kg and a decent truck payload.
  6. If it's towing at 3500kg do you know if it's like the Dmax and you loose 500KG off the carrying capacity of the truck when running at GTW ? If that makes sense
  7. front doors and tailgate
  8. Sorry to hear about your trailer, it's crap having your kit stolen. If you want to keep that add on ebay for long though you need to offer something ie: you are bidding on a picture of the stolen trailer, and even then they will probably pull it eventually. Ebay are a bunch of tossers when it comes to putting adds like that up as I found out when I was trying to find my stolen 3 ton digger.
  9. Closer pics would be better but to me it looks like pink patch/red thread as on my monitor they have a red/pink tint to the patches.
  10. Get one of the new ones and you won't be owning a British bike anyway as they are made in Thailand, and it shows in the terrible build quality of them. Such a shame

  14. The amenity side of chemicals is getting smaller and smaller.
  15. I wondered that when I took the Land cruiser out for a test drive. I think it's something you could get used to, you could also consider mounting a video camera on the passenger side with either a separate screen on the dash or a tilt screen, I could really only see it being a problem over taking things.
  16. By the title I thought it was going to be a caravan Should make a nice wood trailer.

I use my smartphone with the copilot app.
  18. You won't exactly be out of pocket, whatever vehicle you have costs money in fair wear and tear, however you would not expect age depreciation to be added, if that makes sense ? I am sure there is something in the sale of goods act regarding this. One thing I have learnt since the issue with my last motorbike is if it has an issue and it turns out to be a known issue then reject it as soon as you can, don't allow the dealer the chance to fix it. Out of interest what engine has your amazon got in it ?
  19. It all depends how decent your dealer is, there is obviously a deduction for the 11k you have put on it to be considered, so I wouldn't expect to get a full refund. We returned a Hilux but swapped it for one that had the right plate, we had the original for a couple of months and put several thousand miles on it but the dealer didn't try to get anything out of us.
  20. You really need to look at rejecting the truck and slinging it back at them.
  21. That's a better response than I had from a dealer when I was interested in one and mentioned this issue, he just laughed and said "there is no such problem" burying your head in the sand sprung to mind, that and them insisting that you could still carry 1100kg when towing 3500kg meant I didn't bother taking the test drive.
  22. Just an update on this. A fantastic truck to drive but these are the non turbo version and I was a bit surprised by how little torque the engine has for a lump as big as it is, I have been looking at the figures tonight and on paper it has less torque and HP than my 300tdi and full width intercooler with a standard turbo. It really was a pleasure to drive though, a hell of a lot nicer to drive than a landy, I could even hear myself speak. If they could get it in the turbo version I would have bought it there and then, as it is I waiting to speak to someone who has one and uses it for towing before I go any further.
  23. I will be going up there over the weekend to have a look at one hopefully. I was going to buy a new van for a motorhome conversion soon, but now this has come up I may make another demountable to go on the back if I get it.
  24. Stomach pains and the squits.
  25. I have a milk intolerance, funny enough I used to drink loads of the stuff aswell. However I can drink goats full fat milk, butter and cheese without any issues, we have a goats cheese that blows your head off I don't think it's something that comes on with having too much, my youngest son was born with it.
