  1. So was the claim made a hoax, hope not for the girl's sake. Filing false police reports over here is not taken lightly, if that is what happened? easy-lift guy
  2. cw1987 Your post is very well thought out and that is a + when it comes to being in business for your self, which I believe will be your goal in the short term. IMO I believe you will need to have in reserve other than your investment capital a Minimum of 18 to 24 months worth of your monthly expenses. One of the major reasons why new business ventures go South is due to not having all other monthly expenses covered for the many " what if's" that can and will occur. Without knowing weather or not reserve funds are available to keep everything else funded during the start of your business venture, I would make sure it was in place first and fore most. The Second matter would be to move closer to where your work will actually be located. I believe the stress and strain on your relationship with your family could prove to be more than your return on investment. I believe you will have some important choices to make shortly, don't be shy about asking any questions since to one degree or another we are all in the same boat and trying to help. All the best easy-lift guy
  3. Perhaps an umbrella policy that can cover different insurance requirements under one roof, so to speak. Continue to work hard towards securing your tickets and understand that one day you will have most everything needed in order to make the final transition from one line of work to your new line of work. All the best. easy-lift guy
  4. Mr. Job's shall be remembered for a long time to come, however the impact the Apple line of products will be remembered and last for generations, I believe he would have liked it that way and he left this world knowing just that. easy-lift guy
  5. From a sales stand point I find the best managers are the ones with practical knowledge of what they are a managing in the first place. Men/Women working in the trenches from the ground floor up. The best ones are the manager/owner type who have a vested interest in what they are doing at all times. The difference between the last type mentioned and appointed or selected managers is sometimes staggering. I once had a manager who started out fresh from high school and felt in his mind very important. He started out with a small brown nose, after I left the company within a year of employment I noticed the balance of his body starting to match his nose color, and within 5 years he was sacked and had a brown body. A truly spineless person and when the owners no longer had any use for this useful idiot they let him go. So many good employees went before him and did complain to the owners to no avail. Glad I got out when I did. easy-lift guy
  6. Now you got it. All the Best easy-lift guy
  7. In the event you have any published works generally speaking it is important to name the source for your pictures or illustrations at a bare minimum. Sometimes picture and illustration providers may wish to be compensated for providing said material. That being said you the author of your book must ensure and protect your copyright and your publisher will more than likely suggest a release of some sort to protect their interest as well. I can provide you with a copy of my release form via pm if your interested or have any further questions. I wish you the best with your first published work. easy-lift guy
  8. Just a suggestion when it comes to your published work a standard release makes any information from outside source's much easier to deal with in the future. I just had some pictures published and it makes for a neat package for the final product. easy-lift guy
  9. Perhaps the folks holding the show could have your company covered via a rider on their umbrella policy. Give that a try. easy-lift guy
  10. Dean your Spot On. The need for anyone to walk their dogs thru a grave yard show total disregard and respect for ones final resting place. I do not believe I have ever seen this at a grave yard here and even when I visit my family in Maryland have never seen it as well. If I did I would politely ask the person and their pet to leave. If they decided to stay instead, I would remove the pet and than since the owner would be freaking out by that time have the owner follow me off the property as well. Problem solved. easy-lift guy
  11. SOLID RUBBER TYRE, if available of course. a little more weight but never a flat. easy-lift guy
  12. I run 90 Octane with no ethanol. Any thing higher could damage the pistons or so I have been told by my dealer. The key is No Ethanol. easy-lift guy
  13. I have a new Lego land opening up here in Winterhaven, FL USA On 15-10-11, Can I buy one there, Please!. easy-lift guy
  14. Bravo! working smarter is great, more efficient spectacular, Looking cool for the Customer, Priceless!. All the best. easy-lift guy
  15. PT wood here in the states will appear green and have a certain odor. Can not comment about other types. easy-lift guy
  16. Perhaps arbjobs.com, found them under the employment link on the homepage of Arbtalk. easy-lift guy
  17. I have a suggestion for Sthil advertising, great slogan/ad from Nike. "Just do it". better yet show it being done with Sthil products, instead of geeks living in their digital world. easy-lift guy
  18. Let me see if I can figure this add out for Sthil products. People/pets and situations occurring outside than everything starts to fall apart as if gravity has been canceled due to people/pets being made of Lego blocks?. I often wonder what is harder, trying to sell a product for a customer or trying to sell an ad to a company and making same company believe it will sell their product?. I bet this ad would go over like a lead Balloon in Denmark, home of Lego blocks. easy-lift guy
  19. Mick, Woodpickers reputation is at stake and I am certain he appreciates the complement. elg
  20. Congrats, I hope your investment pays out in Spades for you! easy-lift guy
  21. Interesting, is that like the "mutt's nuts"? Sounds like your working smarter not harder. AOK in my book. easy-lift guy
  22. Steve I think you set up woodpicker on that last reply, just a little. elg
  23. agrimog did you mention something called "common sense" back before 1998?. I think common sense was abolished here in the states back in 1975 and the country has been paying for it ever since. Really a pity someone is qualified at 17 with certificates for proof but since not 18 has to be demeaned due to his age. Pretty dumb, sad. easy-lift guy
  24. Good Take down. Good use of hand signals as well. Would have been interesting to show the accent as well as the decent. Thanks for sharing. easy-lift guy
