Actually I do understand. Primary and general contractor mean the same thing either in the UK or USA. The fact that something was damaged by a sub contractor or freelance contractor or climber is a mute point since the responsibility here in the states falls upon the general contractor first and the sub contractor second. Both really should be completely insured from the get go. If that is not in place than it only take one accident or mistake to ruin the job and business relationship. easy-lift guy

If your sub has no insurance than you can pay for the repair or replacement your self. If your sub has insurance than he pays. In any case if your present sub has no insurance you need to make sure he gets it or find a sub that does. It’s that simple. easy-lift guy

I have not bought, however I am very pleased with the one I made for demo, show purposes. I have tried the Easy-Lift Harness on a Henchman Tri-Pod ladder several years ago at the APF. I believe it will only work with this kind of ladder configuration. The Easy-Lift Harness Can not be used with an extension or step ladder under no circumstances. I hope this information helps slim. If you choose to use the fronds as mulch just remember the seed pods will be your undoing and you will have more palms in your garden than can tolerate. easy-lift guy

Vermeer, Morbark. Just don't go crazy loading to much in at one time. Like any other material that is fed into a chipper don't over do it. I would not wast my time converting the end product into mulch. easy-lift guy

TBH I have no idea how running palm fronds through a chipper would be a problem. Having chipped thousands of fronds over the years the only tip would be to not to over load the feed chute. We have all the same species of palms that you have and than some. easy-lift guy

There is nothing funny about pretending to be one thing when in fact your actually something very different and dangerous. President Trump and his father were and by far better for the USA than the last 8 years of occupation my country and its elected officials were forced to endure. TBH. President Trump is taking his job very seriously and unlike all other presidents before him he is working for the USA. He also is not receiving a penny in salary as president. First time for that and first time as a business man for president instead of a politician. I am not on the payroll for the president, however he did receive my vote and unlike the last 8 years of occupation sustained by myself and many like minded Americans this president is not Communist. I don't suggest. Claims for first time unemployment compensation are down and factories and companies are taking on new employees. Consumer confidence is up and so are wages for working folk. Illegal immigration is down by 50% over same time last year, when the flood gates were wide open so the jackass party could register more illegals to vote for them. President Trump continues his agenda going forward in spite of the left wing medias obsession with accusations of this and that being done. It is truly laughable to see so many mental midgets running into one another with the same old story line proven wrong over and over again and again. After the jackasses loosing special election number 4, yes losers four times in a row these same masses are convinced that victory in 2018 midterms will vindicate all of these other losses. I can't make this stuff up. Meanwhile unemployment is at a four year low nation wide and economic prospects in many sectors are improving daily. So far the main stream media chooses to give no credit at all to the President and that is fine since he does not need them as a sounding board. The results of his presidency so far have been fair to good. If and when congress and the senate decides to pull their heads out of their backsides and pass legislation remains to be seen. The left and even the right are greedy pigs. It does not matter since neither party is willing to reduce the size of government and social welfare programs. Government refuses to work for less and its constituents refuse to receive less. Having a more equitable society is a fairytale created by socialist and communist governments. Once equality has been achieved total control by the state is established. Of course everything would come to a complete stop since equality means no incentive to create new products or ideas. No incentive to work harder for more pay or benefits since in theory everyone will receive equal amounts of pay, housing, food, clothing fuel, etc. When the original settlers from England arrived in North America a form of communism was attempt and was quickly replaced with capitalism since the settlers quickly found out that when every one and everything is equal food starts to run out pretty quick and starvation is soon to follow. easy-lift guy
