  1. Seems a shame to be sending sawdust or ash to landfill. Keep it to one side and give to local gardeners/veg growers/allotments. If you're really stuck offer it up on gumtree, then keep a note of people's contact details
  2. Cool, just out of interest did you buy or make the tow bar? When I bought mine they said the only towing attachment they did was fitted instead of the skip - so I had to build my own!
  3. It says in the top r/h corner "final edition"
  4. It's full of cages, cabinets, racks, storage boxes, office equipment etc And still has the reefer unit with a little perkins engine
  5. My new shed, it came from a business that closed it's depot - I'd assumed the box was empty (it was pushed hard up against a fence in the yard). Hiab driver said it felt awfully heavy for it's size? The contents is probably worth as much as what I paid for it!!!
  6. Just saw a pear tree in someone's garden today, I have been going there for years and never much fruit on it. This year it's full of pears but the tree is now on it's side!!
  7. The only thing with cladding a container, putting a tin roof over the top etc is for the amount of work & materials you may aswell have just built a shed? And without insulation, you'll likely get condensation. All going well I have a 25ft refrigerated box getting delivered on a hiab in the next couple days. Plan is to buy a big bucket of green paint and do it with a roller
  8. This is my mates merc bus/camper when he was up in spring, he bought it already converted
  9. Have a look at the Kellfri jack
  10. If you like rock climbing, maybe look at rope access? Hanging off bridges, cliff faces, castles, wind turbines etc. Heard there's a good demand for workers.
  11. Oregon oil is fine, been using it for years
  12. I feel sorry for him, but MacGregor is a serial complainer which doesn't help his cause. They will know him well at the police station.

That website is a bunch of crooks, run by some geezer called..................................Matt Clarke
  14. If you like a project, might be worthwhile looking at buying a 2nd hand good quality tracked dumper and converting it
  15. Why would you take the spouts off?
  16. I hate to tell you but I've had a cheap 1lt stainless flask from Tesco for about 10years, it has been dropped dozens and dozens of times but still keeps the tea warm, it only cost a couple of quid.
  17. Home from home
  18. Overloaded.......the skip is off another machine
  19. oops
  20. You can get larger machines with footplates. The problem would be controls would be at the wrong height, and the added weight of operator! The walk will do you good
  21. Wheeled or tracked power barrow is a choice to make (I have both) Tracks will go anywhere, but turning will mark the ground Wheels are faster, won't rip the grass up when turning, and (esp. on a hard surface) tyres will last longer than tracks. The genuine muck truck is a great bit of kit, very simple, not much to go wrong. A walk behind machine will tow, but you usually have to do it in reverse which can be fairly slow! If there's long distances and money involved then the load capacity will be a problem. If you're just pottering about in your own time, or working in tight spots, then a power barrow is ideal. I think when I bought my Muck Truck Max it was about 1600 +vat new, probably gone up since
  22. Dead elm and fresh beech
  23. For similar money (if the price is to be believed!) you can get 3,500 acres of hillside https://www.uklandandfarms.co.uk/rural-property-for-sale/scotland/highlands-and-islands/36230_edr180007/
  24. It's a peatbog in Caithness with a conifer plantation on top, the price is probably about right!
