  3. yes but its not easy employing someone with all the costs before you start making money these days
  4. you forgot to add pension, payroll costs, employers liability insurance, ppe, holidays, lost time to weather/breakdowns travel time to the jobs

  15. yes before it overflowed but obviously with hindsight not soon enough but in any case it should not have washed part of the slipway out might be lack of maintenance

  23. look like the lower branch has been cut back on your side of the boundary did you give them permission to clime the tree also it depends on your relationship with your neighbour in the end its done and not too bad a job by the looks
