  1. We have just done the final cuts last week, now its time to catch up on tree work and hedges
  2. Done, well my wife has. Nice mushrooms and site by the way
  3. I have a little Echo with a 10" bar very light and good for conifers and small reductions. I use the 200t for take downs and bigger reductions.
  4. I wear a base layer in winter and logoed T shirts Polo shirts and sweat shirts as weather predicts also a logoed fleece in winter.
  5. If it is heavy rain first thing we dont bother. If we start a job we will finnish it in the rain no matter how bad. Light rain we just get on with it.

    Chain oil

    Give the chain a soak in oil over night may help if bad if not to bad wire brush and spray with WD40 This will help to keep the links free

    Work Hours?

    We Try to be on site for 8-8.30 and finish when we finish
  14. Yes I do But only good hardwood logs, tip all the conifer and twisted stuff.

  17. I had mine nicked about 3 weeks ago, it happens all over the country. Cost me £300 before I left the Yard that morning.
  18. That is total rubbish what a bad start to the day. I hope you get it back quickly, so much for modern security systems.

  20. I would not argue with that Quadchip all the way, saves a lot of trimming up with the big letterbox feed. It all depends on Budget as quadchips are newish machines not a lot of 2nd hand machines about.
  21. Mine was a nice husky 61 got stolen though.
  22. I love mine, find it very useful.
  23. I had carpal tunnel as well used to wear wrist supports at night they kept the wrist straight and helped with the pins and needles. Had an op on the right side took 5 - 6 weeks then back at work. The left side stopped hurting day after the op this was 4 years ago no problem since.
