  1. We stopped at quite a nice little camp site about 4 miles down road last year which had log burner fueled showers and was quite plesent place and quiet as had 9yearold daughter with me so thought main camping site might be a bit much for her. I'll try see if I can find name as really can't remember what it was called.
  2. Biggest single stump tackled with the zt yesterday 35 min to last picture then another skim over so the corner could be re turfed Really need to sort out a liner for the botex so I can load this much grindings with getting shoulder burn
  3. Practice on the trees that don't really need it then the ones that do will be so much easier, looks very good.
  4. Not often we have it bad enough not too see road signs, kerbs can often be fun to bounce off, I was out in the sticks where seeing grass and mud go flying is often a clue, chasing the snow blower today high into the dales. Almost needed my passport as had to leave Yorkshire to turn round
  5. Very nice, should make dismantling a breeze
  6. Sat in a wagon pushing snow again today
  7. Have you still got the guarding and how much do you want for it jonny, pm me if you want as it's a bloke I work with occasionally who has a 8150 that is very interested in it.
  8. I like the look of the light, very well protected as well, might have to look at something similar for nighttime call outs
  9. Dense moment but SMAS is what exactly, I'm aware of chas and been thinking of getting through it for a while but if this is more likely to be excepted then might be worth a closer look
  10. When your apprentice wasn't born when you started tree work. When you start doing 2nd thinnings on trees you planted
  11. I wounder if it could be modified to fit my T131 without too much cutting and welding as been thinking I could do with a bit more protection around the nose and cab, I do know someone who has same tractor so will ask him if he's interested for you.
  12. That's the one Mike, brilliant splitter Filling that bucket every 15min with 2 of us, done around 30 ton in 2 days so not bad going ]
  13. Loved my quad chip and apart from a cracked anvil had no problem with it in 500hrs, only sold it as needed faster and bigger capacity to cope with the kind of work we do. Would definitely get another when we get a lighter machine for smaller pruning jobs.
  14. You'd be surprised how much you can pile on the thick centre beem of this trailer if your careful, just avoid speed bumps! [emoji848] Better than loading 6m3 into ifor with a shovel any day!
  15. Interesting drive this morning with full firewood set up hung on the valtra And thankfully the snow went last night so was able to get the clam shell on and a couple of trailer loads of mulch loaded and out to a customer
  16. So legally probably the same or more than a twin cab transit.......
  17. No stopping you now with the photos [emoji12]
  18. That's exactly what I have done and requested a written confirmation back before starting work with quote number, value and agreement to terms mentioned also looking into having a quote exceptance page similar to enquiry page on site to make this easier
  19. Very nice What model tractor is that?
  20. More snow with lots of drifting
  21. Don't know if this has been posted yet.
  22. Was a little different yesterday when we went to take it down than when I priced it That's the 390xp on top of stump Today a bit easier, riding about in this
  23. Sod the t-shirt it's so cold even the dog has its coat on!
  24. Yeh it felt very strange being right to left but strangely would suit my current yard. Palax combi, another very simple machine as we only do about 100m3 a year and its all arb wast
  25. Looks a really good saw and would also really like to put it against one of my 372's and my 390 as on paper it's pushing up to that sort of performance.
