Thank you for the advice! I have always heard that structural Apple tree branches should grow at 45-60 degrees! So of the branches on the tree are closer to 0 degrees (horizontal)

I've never understood this ID card phobia. I don't know what's the big deal with having one more number associated with your name, (other than it'd probably be unmemorable). People have been watching too much of The Prisoner. Classic TV, but shouldn't be taken to heart. If I was so inclined I'd be far more concerned about the masses of data that Big Tech and Social Media companies have on everyone. They know far more about people than any government could ever hope to. Imagine the stink that would have arisen if it was proposed thirty years ago that everyone should walk around with a little tracking device in their pocket. Something that allowed huge foreign companies and an unknown number of shadowy partners to harvest our data on everything 24/7. They know where we go, who we meet, what we buy, what we watch, the whole caboodle. Hell, they probably know when and for how long we take a dump! I am concerned about this though. Labour are busy letting this lot loose to feast on our NHS. They sure don't have our best interests at heart. The Palantir problem - New Statesman WWW.NEWSTATESMAN.COM The American firm’s huge NHS contract raises equally big questions about government and tech.

Ours usually live in the same small house in an outside run/pet cage. The cage has a lower level that has small cube weldmesh cable tied to it as the little beggars could walk through the bars and become crow food. Only do it once. Drinkers are 2 shallow dishes. One with crumb and the other water. Water quickly gets filled with crumb and cack and is changed almost twice daily. Advantage is the rest of the gang, chickens ,dogs and cats get used to seeing them and they them. Come liberation day when mum wants no more to do with them, they then become their own little gang and either follow the rest of go their own way. Good luck.

Did the laws change for hedge cutting 23 May 2024?
Haironyourchest replied to greenant88's topic in Trees and the Law
Is the hedgerow part of a domestic property? Exemptions Boundaries of a private garden The hedgerow is within the curtilage of a dwelling house. Or the hedgerow marks the boundary of the curtilage of a dwelling house (this applies to both sides of the hedgerow). -

Funny, I initially saw a Rhino, but now I see a Triceratops after reading that.

To me it's either cut it in half, or down completely. It's walnut, most likely sprout from the cuts either way. The root damage is a bit of a ticking bomb really.

The oil pump is held with on screw, if the screw comes loose the pump body will move and chew the plastic pump drive up, obviously check the filter in the oil tank first as this is easily done, the pump itself very rarely goes wrong so I can’t imagine it’s that.

Recently bought a Volvo ec15B, bit tired but digs and ideal for our smallholding. My question is, with the buckets being 30mm, if i bought a grapple like this: VOLVO EC15B Grapple with solid Hardox® tines for 1.0 to 1.9 tonne mini excavators DIGBITS.CO.UK Solid leg mini excavator Grapple, with strong, high wear-resistance Hardox ® 450 tines, suitable for any waste handling or demolition app... And worse comes to worse i wanted to buy a takeuchi TB216 a year or so down the line would the buckets / grapple i have bought for the volvo fit the tb216? Obviously except for the weld on mount which i am sure i could buy another to put on the other digger. The volvo i have now doesnt have a quick hitch. Thanks
