  1. You're in Devon arn't you? Yeah too far but thanks anyway. I'll try my mates wood pile, but don't think he'll have any hornbeam, he will have to make do with something else. Thanks Will
  2. I have been asked at short notice ( someone else let him down) by someone who wants 10 different species for table names at a wedding. I already have some of the ones he wants but struggling to get hornbeam elm and willow. He lives in Newbury and I live near Marlborough so can collect if not to far. Can anyone help? Thanks Will Heal
  3. Is that seriously a legitimate way to get round it?
  4. hi Paul, I got up early enough to see the sun rise this morning, should have taken the picture earlier but only just thought of it.
  5. Bit of commie bashing this week one had roots growing from the branch into the compost on the shed roof
  6. Nice pictures. One of my favourite birds
  7. Ok cheers steve
  8. Sounds like I'd better give up then and just keep choking it like I have for the last 6 months. Don't fancy splitting the crankcase. Wish I'd asked on here before I started fiddling
  9. I need to replace the both wires in my 200t. The yellow one is easy but how the hell do I get the black one to pull out? I tried pulling it through from the coil and now it is stuck the other side of the hole in the top of the saw. Also how do I get the new one in? Thanks will
  10. I do the same, like stubby tho I keep it in my own head!
  11. I thought that, and for a while I used a prussik for that reason. But now use an adjustable friction saver with my zig zag as a back up below my side strop. I keep it loose but it would choke the stem and hold me should I cut through my strop
  12. Ha! I just need the 50k salary, a missus who does my paperwork and good advertising cos I have no shiny things!
  13. Try hi-line in Exeter. Or this one https://www.facebook.com/groups/128622575070/permalink/10154069251775071/
  14. Agreed. That's the best way
  15. Hi Steve, I bought a saw. I looked at an echo and a dolmar and decided on the echo 501sx. They were selling them at a discounted show price so I bought one there and then at forest and arb. They are £50 more now on their website.
  16. Yes. Just looked they have them in pots. £10.99 each
  17. Hedges direct (google it) supplied some for me, very nice plants, good price but you won't get bare root plants till the autumn now. I think they may have them in pots tho
  18. Sorry for the blatant plug for my uncles campsite in Devon, but I have camped there with my young family and although it's very rural and farm like the facilities are good and the scenery is stunning http://www.westcountry-camping.co.uk/
  19. Ah ok cheers. Would it have enough puff for a nail gun?
  20. Surely if you are busy with plent of work then you can have one day off? Make a list of kit that you are thinking of buying and go and look at it and talk to the dealers. I'm going to look at small grinders.
  21. Can it run from a fag lighter? Or does it need connecting straight to the battery?
  22. Hi all I have a spare week to fill. June 13th to 17th. Have all my tickets up to CS 40 All my own saws and rigging kit. HGV class 1 drivers license And I have a transit tipper and chipper if needed. Thanks will
