  1. I had two ginger sisters and I was more blonde but whenever I grew facial hair it was that colour. Now my hair is more silver, it's still all there though.
  2. If it's new the teeth should be identical, where did you buy it ?
  3. Having the coastguard on standby with a helicopter might be a bit much A few years ago some friends of mine got permission to fish behind a pub on the Derwent and set to clearing the bank. Not being too fussy they were getting rid of bits by letting them go downstream and it wasn't long before they got some irate canoeists giving them earache. Have you got to take into consideration the possibility of pollution as well, I know it sounds silly to us but someone will bring it up along the line.
  4. I used to arrange it in alphabetical order, Ash, Beech, Birch, Cedar etc. Then I got to F and thought "firewood" and now it all gets stacked under "F" P.S. Only kidding for those who have had the sense of humour bypass operation
  5. What else are you supposed to do with it ? You mean strawberry conserve don't you ?
  6. That's what's left No more custard creams for you then.
  7. What is actually happening to the saw, is it bogging in the cut or not revving out ? It could need setting up properly if the carb has been messed about.
  8. But it's not in the daily mail, it's in the Daily Mash and no I don't sing to my logs I burn them alive and listen to their screams
  9. It's been sunny today, did some gardening, went a walk and found a wheelbarrow dumped by the footpath better than the one I use. Bit of welding it will be good as new Dropped cold about 15.30 though so back in the house.
  10. Get some Focus on and see how much faster the decorating goes
  11. That is the idea of Daily Mash, it's taking the p!$$ out of serious news. I've had their books for a couple of years and given them as Christmas presents and they are very funny. Please don't take it seriously
  12. It's the Daily Mash guys, it's not the truth Read a few of their other stories to get an idea of what they are all about and if you want a laugh get their annual book for Christmas
  13. Ask them for a replacement while yours is being repaired, at least they should grant you this courtesy.
  14. I've seen the vans, they are the yellow ones with AA on the side aren't they ? On the picture above you left the pegs too long, the ladder will snag on them
  15. I'm just reading them again on my Kindle, finished "The Truth" tonight and starting "Thief of Time" next. It's a bit like the Humber Bridge and you can go back and start again any time and find something you missed.
  16. I bet they don't really send them out just take your money. I'm still waiting for my Russian bride to turn up and I sent the air fare months ago. Just hope the wife doesn't find out
  17. Knots 3D is fun to watch tying knots and maps.me puts maps on your phone not reading from the 3g signal if there isn't one, takes a bit more space though but it's handy.
  18. It's not a big enough market for someone to offer fakes of the Echo.
  19. Stihl is MS171, go for the MS181 if you want a small Stihl you will be forever sharpening the chain on the 171 if you are cutting firewood or the Husqvarna 135 for a bit more saw. I have the 135 and it's a good saw.
  20. That's no way to talk about your friends Jon I'm just going out to fill our feed tray up as well, it's cold out.
  21. You'd have to sweep the chimney after burning filth like that Maurice H Saunders is log related but I'm waiting for the Mendip publication of "Big Butts Illustrated"
  22. I reported it yesterday after I asked the seller some pertinent questions. I wonder if he removed it or if eBay did it ?
  23. I don't see what the post is about ?
  24. Gritters are out here tonight and the Snake Pass has been hit and cars were stranded but cleared a bit now according to local news.
  25. A few more photos from the work to repair bumper spike mount. blsnelling made it look good for the seller to hijack his photos.
