    Air cannon

Quick search for high pressure fitting and there's lots of companies out there. Toolstation do some gas pipe fittings: http://www.toolstation.com/shop/sd2700?mkwid=sdUiJmLPp_dm&pcrid=73134992895&pkw=gas+fitting&pmt=p&gclid=CLfc5vm2ms0CFWoz0wodwYYJ1w All things high pressure from here: http://www.highpressure.com/products/valves-fittings-tubing/ , including tubes but 3/8" seems to be their largest.

    The Arb show

Well you may mock but both the broccoli and carrot can be cunning prey. The former hides among greenery, of which there is a lot. And the carrot or at least that part which is most tasty, dwells where none can see.

    The Arb show

Just one thing with 'The Arb Show' and especially the 'APF' - if you're a veggie and want to eat there. Take a packed lunch, as the eateries are setup for non-veggies. Any if you don't want to or can't drink alcohol while you're there, take a bottle of water, etc.
  5. Weather wise, Fri looks the best but Sat should be good too. And if it does rain a little, well I think we'll be used to it by now.
  6. That's different.
  7. I don't see the point. Ok, so it's been going on for ages somewhere else; but when placement of hives in the UK is not that big a problem, then why cut into a perfectly healthy tree. There's plenty of natural voids in trees, that can be made use of if required by human-bee interaction or by bees on there own. To attract a colony, there are wipes or sheets or even sprays or old clean cone, that can help entice the bees. If you want to harvest honey and or wax, there's much easier ways. And less invasive too. If you're just doing it to help the bees. Why not construct or buy a 'bee house' akin to this: http://shop.beesfordevelopment.org/shop/product_info.php/products_id/495/osCsid/babdfa53a664024c43133e78961b4f0a. Best at least 7m off the ground but you can use your imagination. Less than two weeks ago, I helped install six of these in deciduous trees. To join another five of various designs already in trees, some made of clay or hollowed out off-cuts, etc. The highly respected beekeeper, (of international repute) also has nationals, warres and top bar hives. Some for honey & wax. Some just for the bees. If placing non-invasive bee-houses up trees is good enough for them, I see no good reason to hack in a tree.
  8. Beautiful colours there.
  9. Look pretty close to this: http://www.abaris.co.uk/prod/low-stretch-rope/Marlow-10_5mm-LSK-Industrial-Access-Rope.htm Marlow Static LSK
  10. Well done that lady.
  11. A tad on the loose side too. I like the colour though.
  12. 10T from Amazon £68.00 delivered. Or from other places online, including TP.
  13. Look closely at the rear of the bar. There should be specs. imprinted there. You'll find the gauge size, pitch and whether it's running 3/8" or .325".
  14. Paid for remedial work and MOT retest of last week. Was expecting something around £200... £578 came as a bit of a shock.
  15. If you only running the 560 occasionally, then why not run it on Aspen. You don't have to drain a tank and you won't need to "fire it up every week".
  16. That's a bad deal for sure.
  17. Hubcap covers - temp. attachment of back-pad to kayak - temp. repair of suspended ceiling - bundling plumbing pipes for transport - length marker fixed to rear handle of saw, etc.
  18. Hope he prospered and was happy on his day.
  19. Excellent. That made me laugh.

    Whoops

One the news, the guy said he had a number of dummies and had left one in a holdall. On collecting the dummies used during the exercise, he'd looked in the bag and assumed the suspect one, to be the one still in the bag. There doesn't appear to be a numbering system in use on that day.

    Whoops

    Conspiracy theorist alert.
  22. I'll take two. When it states, "Cash on collection". I presume that's the money they'll pay you to get it scrapped.

    Whoops

He could step right into a job in education, making sure test papers aren't released before the actual exams. If he messes it up there, he's only got to say sorry and he keeps his job.
  24. Same questions from me too.
  25. Could have been worse, you could have stopped the piston with one of these. You know, if someone had asked me before I found these, what a pipe cleaning pig was, I'd have been thinking along the lines of David Camaron and his happy days at uni.
