  1. Most folk i know with work shops have large extraction machines which gather all the sawdust from different machines and blow it into several large bags or even a dust room, theres no separating it.
  2. It doesnt matter whether its soft or hard wood shavings its just for soaking up the hosspiss not for bedding. Just as long as its not dust off mdf, which is harmful to both man and beast, or got nails in it.
  3. Ive got one thats a bit tricky to get going, ive got to pull it until it fites then put it on half choke or it just wont start. :confused1:

  5. All you need to do is mention it to a local horse stables and they will be more than willing to take it from you, probably even pay you for it.

  12. Root severence from new grave digging allowing entry by disease? Pollution from toxic rotting corpses? Poor drainage or a change in water level in that area? Poisoning by local resident or grave vistor who has issue with the tree? Not sure Steve but just a few ideas.

Exact same thing happened to me this week, its very annoying as you can buy all other parts separatley but the small drive gear only comes in a set of both pinion gears at a minimum of 165 quid. Ive just ordered a new head. It would be worth having some of those made, u could make a fortune. Hope someone comes up with a solution ive not heard of. .MM

  15. If it were me, first id try and clean the threads up with the correct size tap, if that didnt work i would install an helicoil. Forget threadlock, it probably wouldnt work and if it did it would be a botch job. MM
  16. Have noticed an abundance of wasps in the last week or so, all seem to be intent on repeatedly flying into my face? I must smell nice. I found one that looked poorly the other day so i took it to waspital. ill get my coat.

  19. Well that is down to you to grind both sides to the same length so the chain cuts even. This should be done no matter what method of sharpening you use, file or grinder.

  25. Have a look on the F R Jones website, good range of saws, competativley priced and good explanation of typical use/performance. I have no affiliation with frjones however, if they want to send me free stuff for recommending them, i dont mind.
