  1. Time Left: 10 days and 8 hours

    • FOR SALE
    • USED

This chipper was purchased new by myself from global recycling in late 2014. Anyone that knows about Jo beau will know the build quality of these machines is second to none; this is king of the small chippers, and yes I have used equivalent brands and they don't perform as well as this. The chipper has 122 hours on the clock so very little use really. It has been maintained properly, greased and serviced regularly. Blades are in good condition. This has the swivel chute which is also fully removable for instand access to the blades. There are a couple of minor blemishes which is to be expected. Particularly the front tubular frame has some paint rubbed off from securing on my trailer. I have a pot of colour matched paint which I have never used that I will include in the sale. It works exactly like the day I bought it and it has never missed a beat. It has done me very well (it has literally saved days on a couple of jobs) but now spends too much time not being used so I have decided to sell. Whoever buys it will not be disappointed. Please feel free to ask any questions. Viewing and demo is no problem by appointment. Item is sold as seen and I will not accept returns. I do however welcome any trial and inspection. I have been as honest as I can be with the description. Please no silly offers, I will ignore them.

I'd be wasting my time on you. I just think that whatever you might believe this is not an appropriate post Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app

  5. Pallet Kitchen

Very nice. You must have a lot of spare time! Well done. Not sure the hinges really work well with it though Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  6. Tiny echo!

Mines fine from cold but needs a bit of throttle to start when warm. My 2510 was the same. Doesn't bother me too much now I've got the hang of it but would be interested to know if it's curable. Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  7. the 'todays job' thread

Smash it back to fence line I suspect Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  8. Just Unlucky ?

You are right. Volumes and quality of logs is a minefield for the consumer and probably does need tightening up. There are however a few of us that sell quality logs and aren't trying to mislead people. Where abouts are you? Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  9. Any Rugby fans want to swap raffle prizes?

I haven't been informed about seats etc yet but I'll post here when I know Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app

Got ya. Thanks Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  11. Using ecoplug next to water

I'm not quite sure I follow you, why would you be concerned about another sycamore? I am more concerned about fish etc. Am I missing something? Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  12. Using ecoplug next to water

I was thinking this too. It's not as effective when sap rising too and sycamore can be a pig to kill off at times. If I use this method I will leave the stump high then come back in autumn to cut the rest down and ecoplug it then Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  13. Using ecoplug next to water

Hi all need some advice please. I have been asked to quote for removal of a sycamore growing out of the bank of a water course. Grinding is not an option because of access and also I would end up grinding out the whole bank (very narrow) which is used as a path. My question is how safe are eco plugs to use this close to the water? What is the recomended guidance on this? Thanks Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
  14. 2 tickets to watch Bath v Leicester at Twickenham on 8th April. Much as I'm happy to win a prize this year I definitely won't be using these tickets. So if any Rugby fans fancy swapping prizes that would be great. I have run this past Steve and it's fine. If no swap then they will go to whoever wants them most! If you like rugby I'd happily swap my tickets for the throw pod! Sent from my SM-G920F using Arbtalk mobile app
