  1. Jotul 602 should be in there.
  2. Thanks again rob. Bar was waiting for me when I got home from work! Looks sturdier than the 150 bars I have had ( any one else got through these quite fast?)
  3. Still not heard or got my chainsaw back. Rang them 10 days ago and they said they were awaiting parts? Surely Makita uk organise some stock when the sort a massive recall on dodgey brakes?
  4. Yep it's getting fitted next week!
  5. Thanks for advice. Found a wire earthing out. No idea what it as from ( just came out the loom and went to nothing) wrapped it in tape and chipped away all day. Auto electrician cams out. He was very impressed with the wires. He is to to spend a few hours sorting all the rattle dodge twisted together wires. Something is drawing 300ma the whole time....so batteries running flat if left connected. Great when it's running though! Ta
  6. Any hints anyone? Won't start, starter not clicking, heater plugs relay sometimes clicks but not reliably. Throttle solenoid doesn't move like it normally does with ignition on. It's a wiring thing I'd say. Fucked about wiggling wires got it going, worked dead well, then wouldn't start again. Any clues as what wires to look at for circuits or relays to check etc. The back of The control box looks like a nest of bodged soldered leccy tapped wires etc.
  7. Aye I was almost started it hope I'd bent it so I could have bought either a 2t one or a small billiards ( meybs a stein 2000) not convinced it's worth the extra for the bigger one?
  8. Thanks everyone. I guess I just hasn't noticed the slight kink before.
  9. Can't tell if this portawrap is bent or has always been like it? Thinks it's the little isc one. I imagine it would bend the other way under load? The welds look great no cracks at all. It's taken some abuse but nothing absolutely mental. Not been shocking it with 1 tonne lumps or owt. Ideally someone has one and can have a look at theirs. Thanks In advance for the helpful replies.
  10. I nipped the chain on first day and bent it badly. So have been on other chains since then. I would also suggest changing chain and it may benefit from a wee tune up if it's not had one
  11. I rate mine. Not as zingy as my 200 but def doesn't bog down in the cut. Ergonomics are nice and lasted well so far. Not used a t540 enough to compare. Defs well good for the money
  12. Piston part no. 1128 030 2051 with no cylinder
  13. £ 142 for pot and piston from l and s engineers https://www.lsengineers.co.uk/catalog/product/view/id/106908
  14. You may only need a piston
  15. Defs talk to shavey on here. He may have a used one also. I would def check your compression and also check if you have a spark before such a purchase
  16. Excellent
  17. Any chance we can have this app back Steve? I can no longer impress clients pretending to scan trees with my phone and determining the fungi
  18. Non of the chainsaw dust from my jobs goes to waste. I use one of these to reform it into brickettes. It often triples the job time, but I am totally ripped. Thinking of getting one on a splitting ram so I can compress them more and save space.
  19. Nope As with cars, the energy (emissions) required to make new is pretty horrendous. Don't know the figure for stoves but for cars it's about a third of its total co2 emissions are just in the making of it. Car scrappage scheme wasn't about emissions, just economy boosting really, and now everyone's stuck with poncy cars they can't fix with totally made up emissions stats. Anyways, if people have well made old stoves that they operate correctly let them be. I'd be looking at replacing oil gas coal central heating if emissions are what get you going
  20. Which Saturday the 23rd?
  21. Kevin, I know your not stupid enough to think anyone who is anti trump doesnt work? Sure there are a tiny fraction of people who career protest but from my experience it's a tiny tiny percent or people at protests. I think your definitely jumping to conclusions about the 'anti-establishment, anarchist, hippy'. In my experience there are alot of highly motivated grafters in amongst a few loafers. Kinda like most walks of life really.
  22. I was just today pulling a hefty trailer about In the old hilux thinking I could do with something old tech reliable with a bit more grunt. Not in my price range sadly, but one day!
  23. I'd tend to agree. Carb butterfly screw I bet
  24. Have you googled the hell out of it? Try searching for it in Russian eta This might be it? https://sawhawgz.com/threads/husqvarna-autotune-diagnostic-tool-manual.220/
