    I've been sitting on my constructionline application for 50 weeks now and have to make a decision. Should I get it completed or has CHAS taken over as the preferred Has anyone got any experience of either? I'd rather not get involved with both but maybe this is necessary

    so you get paid £70 a day get paid holidays and all equipment supplied plus PPE Turn up for work on time Spend 15mins loading up 90 minutes travelling to job. Stand around while climber starts making a mess. Do max 4 hours graft then get back in vehicle and get driven back. Working outside working in a team doing dangerous 'man' work Sounds a good wage to me Better than internet grocery round up at Tescos. or McDonalds- where every second counts Are there better jobs out there

    you've reached a point where you are asking yourself why you do it. So.... Find a reason For some that reason may be charging money... bear that in mind If you really do enjoy chatting to them then surely that is reason enough

    Thats the way I roll If I'm telling you what to do and when to do it then you are my responsibility and I expect you to behave similar to my direct employed workers and join in with all H&S talks etc etc. It's just that you earn more as I'm not responsible for finding you work 48 weeks a year and can usually tell me when you want to work.

    By the way Be very wary of using a mole man- should I say ANY mole man They have dark arts £25 a mole They arrive in a big coat Walk around your field and bring back a good number of moles- often these have been caught previously and you pay A customer of mine ended up paying over £1000 to a guy like this until he realised

    Traps are very effective so long as you know how to set them properly If you don't fancy killing then drive in cedar stakes in the runs as they don't like the smell

    I think you're doing really well to have only £5000 owed Mines about average 4 times that It all gets paid eventually so no point in falling out about it Bird in the hand being better than 2 in the bush

    Didn't watch it all but the reality is that a system like this already exists Its called peer to peer lending Zopa were pioneering in this field and have been operating for about 5 years Google it Returns have been about 5% for me since 2008 which is not fantastic but OK for me and cuts out the middle man.
