  1. At least it's not another thread of what chainsaw should I buy for £250 followed by four pages of arguments over echo dolmar, stihl bearings and someone chirping in with buy a husky 560!
  2. got these ones to reduce around 50% today, forecast said dry when booked it in on Monday and just started again after being dry on the way here 😡 make a bit of an effort and early day I think
  3. I'm the same, it's not pleasant and i think you'll suffer in later life for working out in all weathers
  4. Never used anything but a 14 on a climbing saw, works just fine
  5. Something caught around the flywheel slowing it down?

Try not to get too hung up on the name, as Steve said the url is the most important part! When i was trying to think up a company name I didn't want a location or my name and wanted something original, so just went with original!
  7. Not sure what you did to your website over Xmas but it's gone a bit wrong on mobiles now
  8. Any company with '4u' in their title I give a wide berth!
  9. Double sided tape is the only way I've kept any for more than a day!! Get some blank ones to go over the top when you get to site when subbing?
  10. Or you have to push or reverse it anywhere awkward!
  11. Yeah they like it when websites change a bit now and then, old stale websites sink after a while as Google thinks they're not as relevant

Got your logo for you as well!
  13. There was one last year as well. Just applied for next year as fancy a go!
  14. This is the greasing part from the manual and one of the bearings my Jensen takes. It says not to grease them??
  15. I've tried flyers with limited success but would again if needed. Along the lines of what you suggested i once did an experiment and got some postcards printed from vistaprint and rather than put them through letter boxes i took a walk and picked about 20 houses I thought could do with some work done and put a stamp on and posted them, got one call from doing that but the tree was tpo'd so couldn't do anything to it at the time
  16. Lol I wouldn't consider buying anything from there unless I was collecting as there's no comeback if they decide ton keep your money and not post to you. I did get my chipper from there but only after googled the guy to check it was a legit company and got the serial numbers to check it wasn't stolen
  17. Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole myself, silly cheap for quick sale the week you can't get hold of companies to check they're legit 🤔 Will be sold by end of play today though I'd imagine, some people just don't care
  18. Defo! There's one on Facebook at the mo for £2700, check the profile and the guy has an accent I'd be wary of!
  19. Well I've got an underpowered 200t that'll be heading your way in the new year if there's tea on offer!
  20. Pump went on a a transit I had a few month back, was full of rust so got rid for £900 rather than pay that and it went on its merry way to Romania! Picked up another transit for only 2k that was older than the one I had but with zero rust, ex garden centre and done half the mileage. Point being if they go wrong they either cheap enough to fix or just get another one!
  21. Christmas Day and still getting the same old post!
  22. I'd have defo used a long handle hedgecutter on that one. This is a similar one I did this year, was chainsaw on the top but hedgecutters on the sides and smaller bits, gives a much better shape and looks more finished. Also would have taken more off the one you did as much as anything to prevent the customer coming out when you're done asking when you're gonna start cos they can't tell the difference!
  23. New heavy duty padlock, that'll keep my gear safe this year!
