  1. No more so than when a branch pulls at it no matter how it's hanging when you're moving around. I've known loads of the 200t handles break from general use but never did one myself
  2. Hopefully part of the prep involves putting my tickets near the top of the pile 😉
  3. I think it's a great idea myself! Everyone I know does the same and never heard of a problem, there's no pressure there as its only the weight of the saw. Personally I like it clipped on like that as keeps the bar behind you rather than dangling down near your legs (took a bit of getting used to when got the husky)
  4. I use the chain break handle for clipping on purposes with stihl saws
  5. I've seen logs left partially under mud sprout!
  6. My Jensens rollers decided to stop working today, it's the open gear type machine. I can now turn the rollers by hand where before they wouldn't. There's a very slight movement when move the control from forward to reverse. I've spoken to arbrep who think it's something up with the gears as I can turn them but they're still lubricated and meshed ok so I'm thinking low on oil and the lack of pressure is why they can turn? It did have a leak from the control box a while back so replaced a seal there and fine since and would explain why it would be low on oil. I'd like to try that first before stripping down gears and the motor unless anyone has had similar issues? Also which oil should i use? Went to George Browns in Leighton buzzard and they weren't sure as the manual says 30/50 oil and they've not heard of it! They do have q8 Haydn 46?
  7. True they're pretty awful as well but they don't claim to be 'the greatest newspaper' although never sure if the express is being sarcastic or not with that statement!
  8. Try this website http://www.donotpay.co.uk/
  9. First chainsaw I ever used was a 020t on the ground before I did a chainsaw course about 16 years ago, never hurt myself with a top handle but once touched my knee with a ground saw because moved backwards before the chain had fully stopped moving (trousers on so all good) I don't get the problem with top handles it's all down to the user regardless of the saw
  10. Yup, I prob do 2-3 jobs a month with mine on average so that's somewhere between 3-400 ish with an outlay of 1500. Bigger stumps I get others in with hydraulic machines until I can afford/ have the workload for a bigger machine myself
  11. I got 25l for £41 delivered in their December sale, you can't grumble at that price regardless of the picture!
  12. That's outrageous, how dare you enjoy yourself at work!
  13. First world problems or what! Don't like photos of attractive women so take the time to complain to trading standards!? Buy it or don't! I bought some to try it and my groundy wanted to take it home for the night 😂
  14. You're right, aspen probably runs around twice the price of a vintage champagne 😉
  15. You'd probably get the queen to attend and smash a bottle of champagne over the air filter!
  16. I think it would be a crime, last ever 200t direct from stihl getting dirty! Thousands of them still in work so nostalgia would be worth more than firing it up to me
  17. just saw this on your facebook post, as said there, if i win this saw its going in a display cabinet!!
  18. You don't have to spend the money on 'likes' can pay when people click to your website same as Google Adwords (although have also tried this and had minimal calls) better off sharing the more interesting posts to local selling groups for free
  19. That's the way to be, this wife sold some curtains a while ago, underestimated the postage and as they only went for 99p lost about a fiver in the deal!
  20. He prob doesn't want to let it go for the money. I won a year old ms261 for £200 in the same town as me, took days to get them to answer me when wanted to collect and came back with it was a friends and they sold it without telling them before the auction ended 😡
