  1. Dont worry about it ben, you win some you lose some. As long as you know you have a good product, thats all that matters. Do you really need the hassle of customers like him ?
  2. Thanks for that, thought i was going slightly mad !!!

  6. I think it looks athiesiastic to me.
  7. I wouldnt buy energy bars at all, just dont make sense to me. But would buy a standard mars bar or twix and bottle of lucozade or similar. imo your better of buying a bottle of something so you can have a drink and put the top back unlike buying a can, if you get my drift.
  8. Over the weekend, following a tip off, the police pulled over a car, two men driving it, found a dead womans body in the boot of the car. Happened a mile away from where i live.
  9. velux windows fit inbetween the roof joists. a standaard roof has joists at 600mm centres giving roughly a 550mm space inbetwwen each joist. You will need to fit bearers top and bottom of the opening for the window. You will then need to fix the fixing brackets to the window. You then fix the window into the opening and fix down into the tile lathe. you then retile around the window and finish off by fitting the flashing kit. It is a straight forward job, just check the instructions as you go.
  10. That is stunning chris, please keep us all upto date with more pictures. Hope you dont mind me asking, but how come you have ended up living in the middle of a forest in a timber house.
  11. If they put white in the diesel tanks on construction sites, i garuentee they would need refilling every day !
  12. Hi, i'm wanting to get an idea about what type of saw i will require to start milling. I've never done it before and want to do it to compliment my joinery services. I dont fancy splashing out on a top of range 660 / 880 until i know a lot more about it and am more experienced. Would a makita 7900 do ? Would an 18" inch bar be long enough to start milling or do i need to go bigger. Thanks for any info guys.
  13. What about jeeps, how come no one ever mentions jeeps on here, i would of thought the old box shaped cherokee would of made a good workhorse. Never had one mind, just curious about the lack of jeep enthusiasts.
  14. £80.00 - £100.00 is in the right ball park if you ask me.
  15. I'd seriously consider going into production and selling these. They really do look good.
  16. Simon is actually advertising for someone on here at the mo. So he does have work available to the right person (s). Ring him up, be polite, be honest, good luck.
  17. whilst out at flambrough, earlier this year, i saw a few fishermen out round the bay on kayaks, catching nice cod, thats my aim for next year.
  18. I think your getting confused with the dog, your only brush a dog from top to bottom, following the flow of its coat.
  19. just look for results for the south yorkshire teams really. not that bothered, its full of divers and prima donnas now.
  20. I asked a similar question ages ago, i got told its best to buy an old full size tractor than a compact. I still have nt bought one due to other needs first, but i want one to cover a chipper, saw, plough and grass cutting, i havent got any storage but will be looking at the older tractors first, even if i end up with a grey fergy at £1000, still good buys.
