  1. I've used a few different ones and settled on kaspersky a couple of years ago. There's a 2014 version out now. Used a student software website and got a year for 3 pcs £25. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  2. That's impressive. If you can build another for similar money then you'd make a killing. The nearest machine to that s the tracked predator. Well done
  3. Etesia mower, if you want a cheap blower a bg86 from stihl is good. If you have the money a br600 will clear near enough anything. Strimmer wise a well looked after fs400 will do you well. If you want new the equivalent is fs410. Used both a bit and find them a good all round machine.
  4. This one was a mind game. Didn't quite trust that limb. No anchor points anywhere but on the limb. Wasn't doing too much jumping around.
  5. Berghaus deluge over trousers for me. £35 and pretty hard wearing and breathable. 3/4 zip so they go over chainsaw boots easily. On the wettest occasions you may get damp but dry faster than soaked chainsaw pants. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. Is this a tree management software or work based? I'm interested either way [email protected] Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  7. Lithium high temp grease here. Loads of uses. Use it on roller bearings and its been fine in hedge cutters up to now. I take the cover plate off clean out some of the old stuff and pack it with new stuff! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  8. the demo video made me feel so relaxed
  9. What's to say its not a stolen plate? Stuck on a td5 to make it 'tax exempt'. If they wanted all that td5 stuff then why not just buy one? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  10. Surely the solid second hand value of the cs100 is a plus for the future? Makes it more of a safe bet where the TW value is dwindling a bit. You would sell a tidy cs100 quite easily. Ideal startup chipper. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  11. I use my 660 on a sawhorse with it fixed to it and have to hold the log. I'd be more worries about that than some guy getting his kid to hold the log near a little saw. Once its in the cut where is it going to go? Even if its blunt! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  12. And some ivy. Lots and lots of ivy. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. That's not really a series anymore. I reckon its a group of stolen vehicles bodged together on a series chassis to get the tax exemption but all new parts. So it would remove it from the tax exemption and probably be hot Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  14. High and unergonomic feed hopper and silly discharge height. Cs100s are the better choice if you are looking for a chipper that size Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  15. Just there was eye watering enough! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  16. Had a pedestrian stump grinder 'find' an embedded golf ball which it then fired in my direction. I realised what had happened just as the ball hit the floor. I was wearing saw pants too when this happened. Oh Christ the pain! This was the day after! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  17. M j hultons are just near Dunham Massey and will take chip but not logs Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  18. With not using the auto its tricky to compare. It sets off well enough with manual. If your on a heavy load then you have to watch the clutch like any truck but its usually fine. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  19. There's so many little lights I'm still figuring out too. Looks like your stereo is different to ours. We got a pioneer sat nav/radio/DVD thing linked with reversing camera that looks right over the tow ball. Great for showing off reversing up to the trailer skills
  20. You'll like the dmax because you get live AND average mpg figures at the same time!
  21. Have you tried speaking to paddocks?
  22. 4 in the front. It's got two 'secret' holders under the vents in the dash, so it can blow your brew to cool it down for you too.
  23. I use the north face duffle bags. Super tough and I managed to stick a spike through one a year ago and its not got any worse.
  24. They pull very well. 400nm of torque compared to a new defenders 360. Cruise nicely. I'm not convinced that the power management is right with the twin turbo. There are some bad flat spots between 1500-2500rpm between gear changes. Can be a couple of seconds before you get boost back. Bad if your pulling into fast traffic and need to catch up. Overall they are a decent work truck. Bit plasticy inside but that's just cosmetic. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  25. Me and my sister had trees planted when we were born. She got an oak. I got a nordman fir. It's nearly as tall as the house now! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
