  1. 91m Or did it only take 3m to catch Santa and you just got carried away? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  2. I wouldn't think you'd get a tipper in t220 as that's a connect size. Do you not mean a 280? The t350 is a 3.5t van. Which is where you get your tippers. T220 would have just enough room for your lunch Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  3. How else will you stop a chain when your chain brake is broken? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. A t220 transit is 2.2t gross isn't it? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  5. Ours is 62 plate Tows well. Had it on its limit a few times now towing weight wise. Maybe a little over. Plenty power to tow the weight and will still get 30mpg once up to speed and cruising. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. I put one on mine and it made it worse! I'm thinking of fabricating a small metal bracket that fixes to the handle to prevent the bending when its warm. A small u shaped piece across the bottom of the brake handle and down the arm to the mechanism to keep it rigid. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  7. That explains the smell then Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  8. You really must have a lemon. We've got. 60 plate one with nearly 50k on it. Couple of teething problems and had the clutch mess around a few months back. When it was In the dealer they caused more problems fixing it. They snapped 3 bolts on the rear hubs. Other than that it's worked hard pulling at Almost full legal train weight a lot and carrying weight constantly. It's set up as a gritter for winter. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  9. How long before you forget its there and push it through? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  10. Not many of you can pull your chippers apart and fit them in the back of a discovery though CS100s are pretty handy! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  11. They are good tractors. The new holland we have has a very tight turning circle but is nearly 18" wider! We have them on turf tyres which is better for most of its work but it does struggle when it gets slippery. Do you have a 50k box on it? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  12. Some good responses there and agree with what's being said. Of course caution would be used being next to a road. Nice thick anchor points and rigging when necessary. There's only a small portion that needs rigging down as its near the road. I think the hardest part will be trying to spike into bark that's held on with hope and dreams. Arbtalk app doesn't like images from the iphone for some reason so can't post any I have. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. Not really if they are big games like call of duty. Solitaire yes. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  14. Got some dead elms near a road to take out. Was considering rigging to save bits flying everywhere if they were smashed into the road/pavement. These are about 3 years dead. Bark falling off in big sheets. Having never rigged dead elms what are they like? I know its pretty solid timber but how much more brittle is it? Wouldn't be anything big anyway as I don't want to be breaking rigging points out! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  15. Really shiny? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  16. Love that JD. Used a 6330 for a few years. We've got a new holland now which is more powerful but nowhere near a good as the JD. The crane looks mighty handy. Want one! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  17. It's that time of year again
  18. Needs some mashed potato Some amazing work there. Top job Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  19. Use the non pantin foot and step on your pantin foot toes when you stand up. Makes going up a bit easier As for the rope not coming out, I echo the back pedal motion. Up forward and back pushes the rope in and works enough! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  20. I had a Citroen c1 for 4 and a half years and it was great. Looads of fun to drive and only £40 to fill! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  21. Been using my 150t that spud had played with today. Really impressed with it. 8" logs not a problem. Very quick on the throttle. Very much a minj200t! (Note for spud: no chain in that box at all. You'll have to check your shed!) Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. I think they would fit quite nicely in most arb teams. Looks like they have some useful assets to bring to any company Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  23. I'd spend the 200 anyway but end up with a jacket and couple of t shirts too. I'm gonna be colourful this christmas! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  24. Those engelberts look smart. As does most of their kit it seems. And it's all reasonably priced for what it is too. Its a shame they don't have any type c pants that I can see. Could be a useful buy for summer though! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  25. Little and often keeps the grease fresh instead of letting it get too old in the higher use parts Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
