  2. I like to eat natural and real food, nowt processed. houmous with celery sticks or other crudites, olives with feta, roast chicken drumsticks, fresh peppered mackerel, fruit, all good and healthy, and lots of water. Keep off bread and crap nowadays and feeling much lighter for it.

  4. Ok im in pain as I type, got stabbed today in the left wrist, and now I can hardly move my hand, its pretty painful. I got some Magnesium Sulphate paste, and some painkillers so far. Any other tips? May see a doc tomorrow.

  8. Easy to setup, easy to use, 16mm is fine. This device will last you forever, and as said, if you need anything bigger, use a crane.

  22. I got a bit of software for the iPhone called Get Paid, cost £0.59, and I can invoice from site. Very handy.
  23. Well I just purchased a Hi Viz Stein. So the Vent will be a backup if it gets too sweaty. Best of both!

  25. Short gaffs, second hand is the way to go. Buckingham, bashlin, I picked up mine for £75 of fleebay. Then upgraded to metal insert pads for about £100.
