  1. My 28 inches of OP turned up today with a hitchclimber rapide. Will be testing out tmrw. Also got some silverstreak on the way just in case I love silverstreak, you can get it from Fletcher Stewarts
  2. Any of you lot had laser eye surgery or know anyone? If so how do you find it in the tree world. I have slight astigmatism in my left eye, and would like it corrected but, am skeptical, eyes shouldn't be messed with.

  4. my dads mimosa tree shed all its foliage, for a year, then has come back to life. I posted a thread a while ago about it, but now its fine again.

  16. Cheers Stevie was a tight space to work in, but did the tree in quite big bits. Some nice swinging limb action.
  17. Yeh it was huge for being so young. The owner buried 3 water butts underneath his yard, then planted the oak sapling on top in 1980, so it had plenty of water and sun thru its life. Was a lovely virgin tree, they grow quick out here. Wish Id have filmed it.

  19. Took this 30 yr old oak down on Sat, but didnt take the helmet cam. Doh. Also didn't get any good shots, but the neighbor had her camera out for a while.. was an unclimbed tree, that had gotten too big for the back yard.
