Following up on some direct email queries generated through this forum, if you have a Level 4 Qualification in NZ, this is equivalent to a National Diploma in the UK, then it's easier with regards immigration. At the moment, arborists are on the skills shortage list in NZ, however you must have this level of education in order to qualify.

Thanks again, Taupotreeman. We're looking for people with at least a Class 1 full car licence, Class 2 in NZ is a truck licence. FYI with a similar UK licence this can be easily converted for a 12 month period to an equivalent international licence. After this period, you need to do a short test to convert to an NZ licence.
