I have just been for an climbing interview for the Central Park conservancy, NY, hung out with the tree crew, climbed a medium American Elm, did a few limb walks etc. Loved the experience to boot! So come on, start dreaming of the ultimate job.

  21. Haha yeh I know! Its all Rob could get his hands on at short notice. Ropes a rope though right? It does seem to like getting twisted of its own accord though, just on a straight climb. Strange!
  22. i bought some OP without splices and it was rubbish, the inner just came out at the ends, find spliced much better, and yeh the stiffness helps with the hitch.

  24. there are a few different types of op you can have. Whcih did you guys have? Now they have wavefront which is very clever. Lasik and Lasek , and PSK?
  25. You shouldn't need to ask, you tell them what your rate is.
