  11. Dismantled this large Sycy yesterday, then felled the stick, to find that right in the hinge, was a bit of iron. Lucky to miss it with the 88! Was also completely hollow and I could stand in the hole up to my neck.

  13. 2 bollards = 2 lines to control large limbs more safely, the second bollard ties to the butt of the limb for absolute control and accurate lowering. (Sorry to jump in Reg) Ive been using this device and think its absolutely fantastic, at an nth of the price of the other ones on the market, and more flexible. Good work!

  16. Hi all, I am in need of subby work in the North West if anyone has anything going/coupla days here or there/full time. I have NPTC up to cs39, all my own climbing kit (lolered), climbing and ground saws, and 6 years climbing under me belt. Have my own transport too. I am keen and hard working, and there isnt a tree that I wont climb. This year has been the worst yet for work, and i'm starting to get a little worried. I will travel and am prepared to stay and work away during week. I have a good referee who is on this site, but who will remain nameless for now. Please help a skint climber Ben
  17. If you got bills to pay, mouths to feed, and no work coming in, I think any money coming in is better than no money! Especially in the current economic environment!
  18. Drink a bucket load of water before bed, then climb a big tree in the morning, hangover gone when you get your anchor point!
