  1. They also make the wildcat now after buying the rights from drew bowler. They even made a military version with a remote control gun system on top.
  2. Don't think it will really bother you in france Ty with it being a british standard.
  3. Use the force luke:001_tt2:
  4. It won't be the love of money:)
  5. To be honest the cull is probably killing as many badgers as are killed each night on the roads but you don't hear the RSPCA campaigning to stop us driving on the rounds in the countryside at night. The RSPCA is becoming too political nowadays, no wonder they don't have any money for their shelters when they pursue spurious legal actions which cost them thousands of pounds in legal bills per day.
  6. It might be worth having a look at the arb-aid trauma kit. Heard good reports about them.
  7. 60 foot
  8. The west getting involved over natural resources is a story as old as the hills. I do believe we were last in Afghanistan fighting a war over opium and who controlled the market (oh the irony of the current mission:001_rolleyes:). As for the middle east, we fought a secret war in the seventies to stop communism (which my father was part of as were quite a few RAF lads alongside the sas and other units) in the Dhofar region of Oman.
  9. Gnarly, the CWGC receives all its funding from central government not the poppy appeal; by all means dig deep for the poppy fund as their work is never done but please be aware that the poppy appeal runs all year round. I have first hand experience of the work the CWGC does as they maintain my fathers grave at Leeming in North Yorkshire where there is a small RAF section of the churchyard with a few of the simple Portland stone headstones.
  10. Get well soon chris.
  11. Could the fire brigade not have used their hydrodynamic intervention device?
  12. Festival-goers at leeds have been doing this since Thursday night.
  13. Showing your age tgb
  14. Seeing as no-one has made the usual comment: No more salted peanuts for him for a while. Taxi for penfold!!
  15. Some nice burrs on that beech. bet the local wood turners would love them.
  16. 500mg/l or 500ml/l? If the latter then that's about 100 times the normal dose so of course its going to be detrimental to health; if you drink 500 cups of coffee in a day isn't going to do you any favours is it?
  17. You could try brett mallinder(Yorkshire Pudding). He lives on the Wirral as well.
  18. Is that steve blair's old mog?
  19. I live in what is classed as affordable housing with my fiancée and we pay roughly £300 each in rent and still have a reasonable lifestyle.
  20. If they are anything like the groundsman boot then they are really comfortable for driving and walking about all day. Have had a pair of x21's since about march and no complaints.
  21. Just reading the Templar series by Paul Christopher. Bit like Dan Brown but from the Templar point of view. Main character up against Rex Deus, the Vatican, Castro and the Russian mafia to name a few.
  22. L200 double cab with an N and J hardtop. Gets used mainly for taking family out on weekends now but was used for business when I was s/e.
  23. Jl no need to shout fella.
  24. Harewood has a great selection of trees, not to mention all the red kites and the emmerdale set on the estate. Quite an exposed place as well wind-wise.
  25. That would be the Reading/Leeds Festival which is next weekend at Bramham Park. The stage etc is already up, passed the site on my way to my mums last week.
