    Have a look at all the x-eng stuff as they do a mechanical shut off valve that can be put anywhere in a fluid line.

    Could be the front uj. I had similar noises on my 54 L200 turned out to be the uj on the front propshaft.

    Those spruce at castle howard are monsters. I had one hang up on first attempt and had to drag the tirfor lead through all sorts of undergrowth mainly brambles and nettles.
