    Just wondering what's others are paying for red. I filled up a load of jerry cans the other day which cost 88.9p from a garage pump. Have no space to store much more than about 200 litres so bulk delivery is out. Still a lot cheaper than White which is ranging from 129.9-135.9p depending if you can be bothered to drive another 500 yards!

    How bizarre and what a weird pricing structure! I think I might try wearing a sack cloth when next quoting.

    Tbh I dont think you will find anything. Definitely nothing specific to one handed accidents. Unless you trawl through arb sites and collate it all. I did a poll on it along time ago, not very scientific though I'm afraid.

    Being an arb it has to be the 020T.

    Theres a thread where Spudulike(I think thats his username) is selling a few 020/200t's. I would buy one of those before a second hand of ebay. Then sell yours on ebay as spares/repairs and make most of the money back.

    I'm sure there will be a lot more to it than people getting there tree removed for free. Doesnt say that he moves,cuts up or removes the brash or timber he doesnt want. In all honesty how many jobs could you do for free and make a prfit from the timber, not many even if doing it working it out at cost. Good on him if he can do a professional job and make it earn. I know if someone was offering free window fitting,carpet fitting,engine servicing,landscaping etc etc I would be on the phone like a shot.

    Gotta say you are most definitely doing it right. Anyone that gets, never mind wins 35 jobs in January must know how its done. Sounds like your running a very good business, especially with the turnover you get on the other thread.

    Ive never seen a pattern 020T/MS200T cylinder unfortunately.

    There will be absolutely loads of lads that will graduate but have no intention of doing tree work. They will then move on to whatever other training course the DSS(or whatever its called these days) thinks will be a good job for a young lad. No idea of the ones that do want to get into tree work.

    Its a pity we cant get hold of copy cylinders for the ms200T like you can for most other Stihl's. Spare parts on ebay unless its a minter of a saw worth spending a few quid on.

    Thought as much. Cheers for the info. Its just most of the lads I know are climbers and I very rarely hear about HAVS problems. Which is defiantly not to say we should ignore them. The more injuries I pick up along the way the more I look into how I can help prevent some of them. Anyway look forward to seeing the info.

    I'd be interested to see the results. With regards to the previous records which users were most likely to go over the recommended levels, the climbers or groundies?

    Lets just hope the consequences arent some poor climber being fried. Good on you for not taking the job on when your not sure about whats involved with the lines. Be interesting to see the outcome of the hedge/tree situation. I would of thought that certain hedges would be protected and trees can still come under TPO. May not be the best thing to start having a go at the locals just yet though.

    Saturdays are a no go for me unless I'm really desperate for the money or the job has to be done for a good client.But, I dont think I have ever worked on a Sunday. Well no climbing or cutting, paper work and maintenance for the next day but only when it really has to be done. Tbh I dont know how a lot of you work so many days ie every Sat etc, although I am just a right lazy git when I want to be. Good stuff if you enjoy it though.
