  1. you could hire a hiab to lift and remove it to croydon tree station
  2. Were you only using the small detector... if so how did you avoid the metal when you could only do 3"?.... or did you just use the big one... and if so, that looks really accurate.
  3. http://i.telegraph.co.uk/telegraph/multimedia/archive/01691/0508-MATT-web_1691326a.gif
  4. Try Ruskins.co.uk as well, very nice people
  5. big oops! Suppose it should have a brown cap:blushing:
  6. Saw a crappy one round my way with a 10k price tag... yes I did say 10,000!!!
  7. 2nd one, 8th one and 2nd from last, is Morel. Taste's like meat... superb when fresh
  8. Separated at birth
  9. I have an iPod touch, which, when I updated the software to i os 4 the battery has started draining very rapidly> I'ver heard it's very good for the i phone 4
  10. I remember when I started out how the older narrower models went over all the time... would cost around £2k to repair (Ouch!) but the later models had wider axles. Apart from that they seemed to do the job, and at that price... go for it. And don't forget to get a wheel clamp and a chain.... AND USE THEM!!!
  11. Line it with thin ply on the sides and thick ply where the chips hit... Did my in sheet ali and it's still got no dinks in it 6 months later!
  12. I think a good indicator is the amount of names on the home page as to how much work there is
  13. Some one rear ended me and shocked the whole machine and did the weld at the base of the discharge chute, and it fell off one day, and it also bent the cutter wheel housing, like wattie's (I suppose)
  14. While we're there....Has anyone got a discharge chute?
  15. Hey Steve, which quickbooks are you using on a mac? Is it any good, do you just do quotes and accounts on it or payroll as well. Adam
  16. BUT i wouldn't go for a 17", it's huge and heavy, I had one for a while.
  17. I get my mac's second hand (maybe 6months old) from Mac Fix Centre on 0208 503 3131. They all come with mac 1 year warranties and cheaper than brand new. So maybe you could afford that 15" mac book pro baby. And then 2-3 years later you can trade it in with them and they give a real good price for it, so it doesn't cost that much to keep an up to date computer after the initial cost!
  18. So that's around 20 posts that say mac and 2 that say pc. They just work... and pretty fast at that.
  19. Macbook Pro 15". max out the ram and get an extended warranty on eBay as it is a darn sight cheaper (£70 ish), and as it's a laptop, it's a worldwide warranty so it' doesn't matter where you buy it from Watch the screens though... they cost around 7-800 quid to replace. I had to buy windows 7 for the mac, it was ok for a pc but awful compared to mac. I asked my son which phone should I get next. An iPhone or an Android, he said to me, "dad, it's like apple v pc... apple just works"
  20. I remember having to put messy buckthorn through one of those a few years back....no safety features what so ever. I think they must be illegal now, saw one on fleaBay last year, flagged it as a a dangerous article, came off within 20mins. We worked it out to have a feed speed of around 90mph.
  21. Smiley face- the mark 5, is the king for our line of work... bit slow but just doesn't stop!
  22. This hasn't been updated recently.. so I thought..
  23. This is apparently the Polish equivalent of fleaBay
  24. Since amcide has disappeared, what do people use now? I need to poison the weeds in my garden.
  25. iveco daily 35c14? after 2004
