  1. I once went round to someone who had paid £500(!) to put some 'magic dust' on a stump and it would disappear in a month. This guy has just had a free 10 min advert on national peak time tv. How much is that worth!! How many time's did they mention his company! When they stopped him he should have just shown his t-shirt with his phone number on it.
  2. Cor..that's handy! cheers:thumbup: They obviously thought that's the most exciting part of the show.
  3. what time during the program was it on... so I don't have to watch the rest

  8. Happened to me a few years back, and we were only on the other side of the vehicle! In fact we had a whole truck and chipper nicked with the blokes standing 5m away!!!!! but we got it back, but that's another story.. Top Tip, get a google mail account and your phone and computer can then sync your contacts list automatically on a daily basis to their computer, and everything is up to date. Then all info is held on "cloud computers". And above all..... it's free! There is a lot of sync compatibility going on at the moment and google seem to be right in the middle of it.

  12. I said this to my mate originally, just spoke to him again and he says the project is too committed to change. Not his idea, probably some lovely designer:thumbup: Your thoughts on this please.
  13. Hi All, Hope I find you all well after a stunning weekend (weather wise) A landscaper friend of mine asked me to supply a patio floor made out of rings of wood for the end of May. He is looking to cover 30m sq and looking at the discs being around 4" deep and diameter of around 10" ish. I was thinking that I don't really have those sort of regular bits of timber and nor have the time or space to store this kind of timber. Does anyone want to supply this. PM me and I shall get you in contact with him. The job would be in west london - near the north circular. It maybe worth it to travel seeing as it's such a large amount of wood.
  14. Saw it on an oak (standing ddd), it sort of looked shiny.. weird. Thought it was a fungi
  15. That can't be sunrise in Goa as it's on the west coast:thumbup:

  18. Thongs? I've always had suspicions of tree surgeons, you know male working environment.. sweaty young boys etc etc..
  19. your price per tree as if you were parked right next to it + 30% for every 30m you have to drag.
