    I know, not surprisingly though, a fair few of them were gardeners before they became aerial gardeners.

    I wonder if David is using a mac? If I turn the pic using preview or standard viewer then it looks like it is turned and saved on my system. But it is still upside down. I have to use 3rd party software and rotate and save again for it to work when I post it on here.

    Just wondering, what are the benefits of using the RW alongside the Uni? I thought the Uni was fine working SRT?

    Aaron, I think Nod at Treeworker stocks it. I made up a load of whoopies for Steve last year. We bought the Yalex from treeworker at the Capel manor celebration of trees.

    Do you really thing they would advertise a job like that? If the take home was 25k do you not think it would be better offering a job for 32k. I don't think I have ever seen a job in any sector advertising the net income. If your on the book then job are advertised as gross income.

    I did this one in day with a mate. I did right hand side, he did left. I would say 40-50% would be doable on the thicker trees. Climb mate much easier than mewp.     Fair enough Dave. IME and I have used 3 different ones now. None of them picked up chain speed like the 200, they all tended to die in the cut, unlike my previous 200t. They also have had the habit of revving without the chain moving, as though the chain brake is still on. Albeit, only for a fraction of a second, but enough to notice it and annoy me. My previous 200t's have not had problem like described above. I did like the on/off/choke switch on the 201t though. These are just my experiences, you have abviously got a good one. I don't believe all saws are the same. Eg. lots of people have bad reports of the 441, I have had one for nearly two years. Most people who pick up that 441 of mine ask if I have had it ported like my 200t as it is also a right screamer.

    Aaron, the load is the load, but the force exerted on the anchor points can be reduced by sharing between different anchor points The angles of the line feeding into the pulley also change the forces exerted on that point.

    It is a bold statement, but I would say it is the best 200t I have had the pleasure of using. It is an 8 year old saw and runs better than my year old stock saw did.

    The 201t is no where near the same animal as the 200t. That is why I spent the money a new 201t would cost to repare and rebuild 3 older 200t's. First scenario, new 201t - 500gbp ish and 3 knackered 200's Second Scenario, rebuild and repair - 500gbp ish. 3 Stonking saws. A no brainer really.

    Thing is I have done figs before and after and only had the reaction the once... Maybe it was the particular time of year or the fact It was a hard reduction and the tree bit me back!
