  1. Are you paying the going rate for wind turbine erection? A friend of mine works in that industry and from what I gather the day rates are considerably higher than tree work. Good luck in finding your man (or woman).
  2. Usually it is a sensitive yet aggressive rj. Seems the level has been upped to an agressive yet aggressive rj.
  3. Definitely get it checked mate. Believe it or not press ups do work the core muscles in the abdomin. Try the plank and hold it for as long as you can, then the muscles in the gutt will be burning.

  6. I have just renewed my d40 navara. Trust insurance, 37 year old, 8 years no claims no penalties or convictions. Best price I managed to find at a shade over 1200. That's south east London for you.
