Got a spare 560xp its a beast but want £350 for it or £400 with 15" Sugi hara bar , it's 2014 approx 10 months old and has 53.40hours on it... It my back up 560 and not getting used enough. Probably more saw than you need though.

Last time I lent a chipper out to an old groundy and good mate it came back on a tow truck minus a wheel... Have never lent out any thing since, not even my worse back up saws.

No pics of overall crown to see its health and vigour so can't really give an opinion.... But I've seen plenty of veteran oak with worse decay managed sensibly. -

Hey Steve what is the standard carb settings on an 088 ?? It says on the filter cover 1/2 turn high 1/4 low and it sounds like it will blow up on these @ around 1 turn each though it sounds spot as usual, so what's up with the filter cover directions?

Nice trick with the slings on the hinge end of the tip roping. From what I've seen of it jay you need a whole new 3001.

I'd try and not put any TIP on the limb used as an anchor for the speed line for sure,Unless it was small....in all honesty though I've never lost a line anchor definitely back them up if it needs to be high with few half hitches and run the line down until you can tie it off on suitable substantial timber.

Cheers pete. The zip line consisted of a 16 mm double braid rope on to a hobbs type device for tensioning as a main line the pulley is a large ISC swing cheek going on to a medium rigging plate with an old hank of 13mm line for retrieves and braking that can run through a porta wrap if needed this is secured to the back of the rigging plate and through a dmm block. It was quite handy on that job as you could line up three -four limbs with slings on the rigging plate and send them all down once the last one was cut off releasing them all unfortunately the footage was unusable from knocking the camera well out!

Finally got round to going through the camera and editing some thing together longer than a 15 sec Instagram clip I'm still learning to turn it on when working and charging battery's helps! [ame] [/ame]
