Watch: Tiny dog chases bear out of its Vancouver home WWW.BBC.CO.UK The dog's owner wrote on TikTok that the bear broke into her home and was eating her dog's food before Scout discovered... Who needs a Rottweiler? Just get one of these little fluffy rats.

It still has a place though; the exclusive foodstuff of three species of moth caterpillar that I know of and probably some niche micro insects

a couple of shots at the end of a busy week working in the lovely village of Grosmont. We dismantled 3 trees with serious basal decay in a very congested church yard- no access for any machinery unfortunately.

I got lucky and found one of these, however it came with the wrong bar and chain, it should run a 404, but this had a 325 fitted. the bar is an old roller tip [not a sprocket tip] and while it fits and oils fine it's not suited to 404 chain. it looks like a universal fitment of some kind as its got multiple holes for adjustment and oiling. the slot is 9.5 . so I require a bar that will fit a Jonsereds XF, for a 404 063 chain somewhere between 16"-20" although at 110cc I reckon it will pull a tad longer. I can make a chain to suit once I have a bar. cant find much relating to bar mount pattern and despite having more than a few bars I ain't got one that fits right on. any help would be greatly appreciated so I can get it in some wood.

Roadside. Dead standing lime. Easy Access. WhatsApp +447811385870 or call 01159255953. Wood cut to movable pieces by hand. Largest rings quartered. NG72GZ. Yes lime isn't fantastic firewood by itself, but can be mixed in with other loads and burnt succesfully. VID-20251008-WA0009.mp4 VID-20251008-WA0008.mp4

As above, I always just start by giving the carb a clean, remove and clean needle valve and just replacing the diaphragms and pump. I check that the fuel inlet pipe will hold light pressure and vacuum. Generally this is all they need and I don't go any deeper into welch plugs etc. I've had some that still leak and then its a case of finding the leak.

What you've done is air layering, a common method to make a new independant from a branch of an established tree. It tells me your graft may not have taken. If nutrients are not getting down to the roots it will encourage root growth at the end of the cambium where its been ringed. If the graft was successful, the roots may be a secondary result of it being covered. I'd suggest carefully snip off the new root growth and check the graft and leave it uncovered.

He'll open the cavity walls if I hide food so that's not happening. I have an even clearer than usual day tomorrow so a big walk for a great reset I think. I now retire for another beer and to throw the squeaky elephant (replacement for the squeaky reindeer) for him.
