Songs I Am Listening To

I love finding good live versions of songs I enjoy. Here's the original and a live solo performance of Everlong by the Foo Fighters.

Well I got one of them.

I have heard good stuff about Ryan Adams but have never listened to him. They have been playing this song on the radio and I can't get it out of my head.

He's got about 10 albums out, if you like 'Two' you should buy 'Easy Tiger' album and the previous album which is better, 'Cold Roses' which features the song below.

I've seen him live a few times here in Glasgow, if you get the chance - go see him with his band, very good live.

I went to see Foo Fighters late last year. Over the years I have seen hundreds of bands (thats where most of my money goes....music in one form or another), some good and some down right awfull.... They were one of the top 5 concert experiences I have ever witnessed... much better live than on cd. I am also a fan of Ryan Adams, having most of his albums, but unfortunately have never seen him live. He is great for those mellow, chill out moments, but also great lyrics. The album he did as a member of Whiskeytown is also fantastic.
